This is a scam company
This is a scam company. They added fees to my reservation and Leo represented himself as if he was a Bangkok airways employee. After researching I see that 35 better business bureau complaints were filed in the last month against this company. I've disputed the charges w my bank. It would be easier if you just did the refund in your end. This company needs shut down. No American operators and intentionally misleading. Even my phone watned me when they called me " scam likely" DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ALSO VET REVIEWS
