Good Value but I’d like more one on one connections. Program gives you all the theory and education but for the price, a dedicated mentor available more than once a week would be more beneficial than group zooms where you may or may not have the support you need depending on how many are on the call needing assistance.

I’m new to Flip Secrets but so far they have absolutely over delivered.
Never knew all this came with the program and I’m only 60% through the material!!

Everything about this program just simply makes sense, the A-Z course, the networking opportunities that are offered, the accountability calls, EVERYTHING . That’s only a few pluses I mentioned. There’s MANY MORE ! As a complete newbie to REI (knowing absolutely nothing), I’d highly recommend this program to anyone looking to get in the game !

One of the hardest things to do is invest in yourself and your dreams. I’m extremely excited that I made the decision to join the Flip Secrets family.

Jake has truly turned real estate investing into a science. He has built an ecosystem of like-minded individuals where you can learn, grow, network, and receive mentorship from people who are actively doing deals.

My coach, Eduard, has been fantastic. He consistently jumps on calls, keeps me motivated, provides valuable resources, and helps set me up for success every time we connect.

The Discord community is another incredible resource. It gives you direct access to experienced investors, live support, and a variety of tools and resources whenever you need them.

I’m grateful for the knowledge, support, and community. Thank you to Jake, Eduard, and the entire Flip Secrets team for creating such a valuable program.

I can't recommend The Flip Secret program enough. It broke down real estate investing into actionable, easy-to-follow steps. Thanks to this program, I just closed my very first deal in less than a month! If you're on the fence, just do it.

I paid $15,000 for this course mainly because of the promises of mentorship, coaching, and networking with others in the same field. Unfortunately, the actual course content was extremely disappointing. The main tool provided was just a calculator that could easily be found for free online.

I was also promised a personal coach, but after being with the program for over a year, I never once met or worked directly with the coach I was told I would have access to. Honestly, I learned far more from the networking calls and other students than from the course itself.

During my time in the group, I created a software designed to help real estate investors analyze deals more efficiently. Many of the mentors were very eager to see the software and even gave recommendations on features they thought I should add. However, once the software started becoming more developed, one mentor asked me, “How much of this software will be mine?” even though they had no involvement in building it.

When I made it clear that I was not looking for investors or partners, the entire atmosphere changed. I began experiencing harassment, was told not to show the software anymore, and even felt threatened over it. Shortly after, they began attempting to create their own version based on the same idea.

If you have bad credit, I would strongly suggest not wasting your money here, because many of the strategies and opportunities discussed may not even be realistic for you.

Another major issue was the inconsistency and bias within the community. I was removed from FlipSecrets for promoting my own business, even though mentors and contractors inside the group regularly promoted paid services of their own. Once I offered my services, I was kicked out and effectively lost my $15,000 investment.

Be aware that everything is heavily monitored, including so-called “network calls,” which often did not feel like real networking at all.

Please do your research carefully before joining. In my opinion, this course was not worth the money, and I wish I had saved my investment.

I was in a real estate mentoring program prior to Flip Secrets, and let me tell you, there is a HUGE difference. It's the difference between just a course and an operational system that the people teaching it are actually using to make millions of dollars and living life on their own terms. The value is night and day.I give Jake Leicht and The Flip Secrets my highest recommendation.

Flip Secrets has created a very structured and straight forward training program that progressively helps students acquire the necessary knowledge with confidence. Having taken other real estate training that aren’t as thorough, I would recommend Flip Secrets to anyone thinking of investing in real estate.

The blue print provided by Jack and his team allows you to build and scale a real business with easy to follow processes.

While the course is a wealth of resources, including finding, funding, and structuring deals; the real value is the network and connections available. I’ve seen courses retail for the same or more money, but then they sent you into the wild. Flip Secrets not only offers the course with HOURS of helpful info, but also connects you with group and 1-on-1 mentorship to answer all your questions. Plus, state-by-state lists of agents, contractors, etc.

I wasn’t new to real estate or flipping, but this course helped me put a brick on the accelerator! I highly recommend this course.

Well I had an appointment with Cory . As soon as he called me he told me straight out I was not a good fit for the company. I really think you are a big scam . I was ready to sign up but thanks to Cory I made my mind fast and told him he has a bad. Attitude ! My thoughts with this company is they just want your money and don’t want to help you progress in life. Think about before you join .

This is a very honest review about my experience with Flip Secrets.

I purchased this program like 6 years ago and was skeptical at first. But after completion, I flipped a few houses profitably and I had a moderate level of success. Let me be clear - flipping houses is not glamorous and it is hard - there are a lot of shady people in the real estate industry and I eventually exited.

But Jake was an honest professional from day 1. He is an ally to you. He’s there to help and support you every step of the way. He teaches you his way of investing in real estate and he doesn't hold any information back. He gets fired up and shares your success and your wins. I learned more about flipping houses from this program than any other program combined.

Again, flipping houses is hard. Contractors, lenders, realtors will try to take advantage of you. Using flip secrets will not guarantee your success. Flipping houses is not for everyone. But if you do decide to flip houses, paying for flip secrets will put you in the best possible position to succeed.

And the last thing I’ll say. I haven’t talked to Jake in a couple of years, but I’m 100% sure that if I reached out to him for advice or help, he wouldn’t hesitate to respond. I still have access to the modules and even the new modules from his courses. That tells you something about his investment in his students long term success.
