After nearly a month still no sign of…
After nearly a month still no sign of my order.
Every time I contact them I get a polite message acting like they want to help me. They asked me to have the postoffice do a search on my package, which I did, and it shows the package back in New York waiting for additional postage . The tracking on this order started in New York went to Missouri on to South Dakota to Nebraska (where I live) to Iowa on to Indiana and back to New York.
I have asked for a replacement order or a refund and they told me they needed me to send them a copy of my confirmation letter, which I did. Now they are saying I never placed the order through their official store.
I think this company is a complete scam. They are cheating people out of their money. Don't go anywhere near them, fortunately I didn't spend very much money. I bought a pair of cloud slides a few years ago and they are still going strong, obviously not the same company.

Bought for myself and then bought for my grand beauties. On the other for my grand beauties, one item, which was a bonus half price slide offered on checkout and the wrong size went into cart. I emailed them immediately and received an immediate reply and size was corrected. This bonus slide was received but the girls slides didn’t show up. Emailed them again and paid for shipping and a new order was sent.

A Scam and a Fraud
After nearly two weeks still no sign of my order. Every time I contact them I get a polite but completely meaningless reply full of stupid platitudes. I have asked for a replacement order or a refund and they told me they had to check the status of my order first. The status is I don't have it and I think this company is a complete scam. I checked out the address on their website and it's an empty office block up for rent. They are cheating people out of their money. Don't go anywhere near them, fortunately I didn't spend very much money. I bought a pair of cloud slides a few years ago and they are still going strong, obviously not the same company.
