As a nursing student, textbook costs are absolutely brutal. I managed to find two of my required clinical books here for a fraction of the retail price. They are the exact editions my professor listed on the syllabus. Super happy with this purchase.

All books here on Textbookcart seems to be a copy of original books. I did not find anything good about this site.

Pretty straightforward site. Found the medical reference book I needed easily, paid with my card, and got a confirmation email right away. It arrived a day earlier than expected. No complaints here, a solid alternative to Amazon for school books.

It's too late but i have to write this, i am literally frustrated now for the poor quality books and poor customer support.

Needed the latest edition of an engineering manual for an exam prep and didn't want to spend a fortune. Order process was super smooth, and it arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was a little scuffed up from the mail carrier, but the actual book inside was completely pristine. Will buy from them again next semester.

Delivery takes so much time and i don't know why it's like that.

They sent order when they will to send, and no response for a refund or return query.

Only selling counterfeit books with poor print quality. I was not expecting this type of poor quality.

Honestly I was a bit hesitant to order from at first because the price was so much lower that my campus bookstore, but my book arrived today! Shipping took 5 days, and the tracking didn't update right away, but the textbook is brand new and the ISBN matches perfectly. Saved me like $60.

It's frustrating to see our own money being wasted, and there's nothing we can do about it.

I did not understand the way of Textbookcart work, i think they are not serious about their customers. Not worth it.

Wrong product delivered

Customer support details is just for showing only, no use in real time.

Not replying for refund or return. Extremely poor customer service while doing fraud with customers.

They are great. I received the wrong item and it was replaced with the right one.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! I am in a psychology masters program and got my DSM-5-TR here and it was full of errors ranging from missing diagnostic criteria for GAD to endless typos including "sloop" for sleep. Typos, sure, whatever, I can ignore, but finding out the diagnostic criteria in the book is incorrect by failing an assignment is horrible.

I contact customer service and they took days or weeks to reply and refused to rectify the situation by a refund or replacement.

Don't buy from here unless you want to waste your money because you have to rebuy accurate books elsewhere.

This company, Textbookcart is not a genuine business and hence can't buy from here.

I am really fed up with the textbookcart, not replying to my emails, calls. I get my order but condition of the book was so poor, i did not get any response from the support team.

It seems to be a spam website as per my experience.

I tried to call the number mentioned on the website, but it never connected. Number seems to be listed as a dummy.

I had questions on two box sets, contacted them twice with no response. Tried calling the number on the website too, which says it’s disconnected.

I bought them anyway, and they were delivered, but were counterfeit.

I returned them, but the process was odd. They said wait a few days until we send you an address. After 4 days they had me deliver them to some random home in New Orleans, which I did after making sure they would reimburse me the shipping ($62.87) which they said they would.

I suspect they just had me ship it to the next person to order the same product, honestly.

The customer service was polite until they realized I was returning both box sets. Then they became unprofessional and complained that they were losing money on this transaction.

They did eventually refund me the purchase but never reimbursed me the shipping costs and aren’t responding to emails anymore.

They don’t seem at all bothered that their site claims everything is “100% authentic.” All the one star reviews here state otherwise.

It’s overall a very shady business that is scamming customers by claiming their stuff is real when it’s not and then not taking full responsibility when someone notices.

This is evidenced even further from their responses to these bad reviews, claiming we haven’t bought anything from them. Cuz no one has anything better to do than make up reviews…or we use different accounts than the ones we used for them…

I’m out 62 bucks with nothing to show for it thanks to their repeated lies, so they deserve all the bad reviews as far as I’m concerned.
