I am waiting for my refund from last month, but still just waiting. No reply from your side till now.

Pretty straightforward transaction. Found the novels I wanted, checked out easily, and the package arrived via USPS a few days later. No complaints on my end.

I was a little skeptical because the box sets are so much cheaper here, but everything arrived safe and sound. The shipping took about a week, but you can't beat the price.

Support is not good, i can't trust for now.

The collection is pretty good and I was able to find a book that was unavailable elsewhere. The order process was simple, although I wish there were more detailed product images.

I recently ordered a few medical and professional books from Fair Book Deals and was surprised by how easy the process was. The prices were much lower than other stores I checked, and the books arrived in excellent condition. Definitely coming back for more.

The website has a good selection of titles. My order arrived safely, through I think the search function could be improved a bit.

They deliver me wrong book after informing customer service they replace my book with the correct one... Improvement needed.

They waited almost 2 weeks to tell me my order would not be shipped and would be canceled after they confirmed it had shipped. Will not be placing an order with them in the future

Bought a manga box set. All the books were counterfeit, printed on cheap paper you could see through, the covers were obvious .jpg scans of actual covers from Shonen Jump, multiple pages were cut off so even if I was okay with the awful quality I can't read half the pages. They shoved the books In to box that was way too small, so a third of the books were completely crushed and folded over on themselves since the paper is so fake and cheap it squishes like a sponge. Don't buy any manga from this company, even if you were okay with counterfeits there's no guarantee you can actually read it.

I received unauthorized books. That's just a scam.
