I received my order on time as usual
I received my order on time as usual, which was great. BUT instead of 90 pills there were just 30--this being the case even though the container, the order slip, etc. indicated 90. I called and was informed that I needed to send a picture of what I received to Telyrx. The problem is my phone is minimal and I can't do it. Surely there's a better way!

No refund on visit fee even if med isn't delivered
I needed a pet medication urgently, and TelyRx's site showed that they would be able to deliver it before I could get an appointment with a local vet. But in fact, the medication I needed was actually out of stock at the time I ordered.
Unlike any other online shopping site I've used, TelyRx doesn't show whether items are in stock when you order. I placed my order, prescriber approved, and I was charged (both a fee for the "prescriber's time" as well as the medication cost). Waited 3 days; order status never changed from "ready to ship." Called customer service and was told "it's actually out of stock." Still no notification on the site or my account, and I'd have had no idea if I hadn't called.
By this time I had done an emergency vet appointment and got the med in person. The customer service rep assured me that unless I reordered, I would not be charged and the med would not ship when it came back in stock.
Two days later, still no refund, and then I get an email that the med shipped *again*. I called back and was told they would cancel, I would not be charged, and they would check on the first refund.
The refund was finally processed for the medication, but they WILL NOT refund the prescriber "visit" fee. This is not explained on the site. Nor do they inform you that the med may or may not be available when you order. I would never have done this "visit" if the site displayed accurate stock information. They say the fee is for the Rx, but they don't actually provide an Rx you can fill elsewhere; you have to contact support if you want it.
Customer support does not deny the medication was unavailable at the time of my order; they acknowledge "the inconvenience caused by the medication being unavailable after your consultation," and they'll review "the clarity of our policies and how medication availability and visit fees are communicated."
Tl;dr: Don't use the service unless you can wait indefinitely for your Rx to be filled.
