I like it! It's a pretty good system for tracking applications and company contacts. I like the reminder system for followups. If they could add an application auto-fill feature and a more robust Link... See more

I would like it to be a little more automatic. It’s sort of tedious going through and adding words to every resume. The interface is great and the job board is pretty good. Overall, it’s an excellent app for job hunting.
It's a great platform to keep everything organized and allows tracking for not only jobs but networking with people and companies as well. It's easy to use.
So useful to keep my applications organized. I use it to track where I've applied to and what stage of the process I'm in. I've never had an issue with it, and it's been super helpful to keep me on top of things when I'm 70+ applications in and swimming in autorejection emails.
Teal has been a great help in my job search!
It keeps everything organized and makes tracking applications much easier. I really appreciate how simple it is to manage resumes, job links, and follow‑ups all in one place. It’s saved me time and reduced stress during the process. Highly recommend it to anyone actively applying for jobs!
I do love teal. No ads, straightforward, and well-organized.
Wish I could also view the notes I've left on each job in the main tracker table view.
Easy to use and does the trick. Very lightweight!

So far I have really enjoyed the tool. It makes it easy to find (Via Chrome Ext), add and track progress on jobs. Makes it easy to prioritize and they have great resources on customizing resumes.
I haven't used all the features yet but this tool has been super helpful thus far.
The job listings on their site feel like mostly ghost listings. I didn't get a single email back

Teal is providing a better list of job postings, adhering to my filter. I'm finding it more useful than GlassDoor or LinkedIn!

Teal is excellent. It really helps to keep all the applications organized and knowing which stage of the process each one is.

Just hopped off a strategy call with a VP candidate. Their tracking sheet was a disaster. Look, if you're still using a manual spreadsheet for your pipeline in 2026, you’re making it harder than it needs to be. I started pushing my clients toward Teal's job tracker. It pulls the JD data instantly and flags keyword gaps for the ATS. Super actionable. But, to be fair, the AI-generated cover letters usually need a heavy edit—they come off a bit robotic sometimes. Still, for keeping 50+ applications organized without losing your mind, it's a solid tool.

Teal HQ gets the job done. I've been using it to search for jobs, track my applications, and fine-tune my resume — and for the most part, it delivers on all three. The resume improvement suggestions are genuinely useful, and having everything in one place beats juggling spreadsheets and sticky notes.
It's not perfect, and there's definitely a learning curve getting everything set up the way you want it. But once you're in a rhythm, it makes the job search feel a lot more manageable. For a free tool, the value is hard to argue with.
Worth trying if you're actively job hunting and want some structure to the process.

Scam. Get you to sign up for subscriptions and get you when your forget. And don’t help afterwards.

The job tracker has significantly streamlined my workflow. By keeping my applications and their respective descriptions in one place, I’ve been able to focus entirely on the quality of my applications.

Teal offers great integration with job boards and helps keep the job search organized. Perhaps the best feature for me is the ability to build a resume in modules that can be rearranged for each job you apply to, without major re-writing.
I do wish more jobs that I have pulled into the Teal Job Tracker tool could be applied to right there, but I imagine that is way too complex to be viable.

Customize resumes quickly. After getting used to the interface a bit, Teal makes customizing your resume and writing a cover letter very easy. Saves a lot of time and tracks each custom resume/cover letter. I know the solution has more features that I need to explore, but these make it worth it for me.

I'll never use anything else for job hunting/applying. Teal made the difficult process so much easier! I love the resume designer, the ai cover letter writer and being able to link to other job boards was priceless! It only took me 2+ months to find another position - it took over 6 months a few years ago. My only recommendation is they need to include user defined resume entry space - I wanted to add something that didnt fit into their template and it would allow it.

On the one hand, does the thing it says it does on the tin. On the other hand, get that AI stuff outta here.
