I'm waiting for them to reply to me since 7.5.2026. Today is 10.10.2026. They don't care about customers if they have problems.

I must admit that I was a tad apprehensive to start with. There was no need to be though, I was able to track my order from the time of order confirmation through to when I received delivery around 5 days later.
More than happy with the experience and would consider further orders in the future if the need arises.

Ordered from Belgium. The Shipping took about 1 week. Everything was ok. More, they answered at my email in a few minutes every time.

I saw bad reviews of that Tapshop on Trust pilot site but thought that it cannot be that bad. And it was really not. It was worser than that. I bought filters with block carbon which was damaged or something because it broke and let block carbon through the filter to water tap. My customers was really angry to me. I wrote to Tapshop to ask for solution and they didn't give me a solution. Now it's 3 weeks past and they are not answering to my emails. That was worst experience ever.
