I notice that a large portion of the 1-star reviews come from orders placed in Hungary! You really need to change your delivery partner for Hungary. This is terrible and unacceptable! This is my second order from the Tasty Dose online store.
I placed the order on August 8th! To this day, I haven't received the products; the package is apparently still in transit. (?) It has been nearly a month since I ordered and paid Tasty Dose, and it still hasn't arrived. It’s quite frustrating. I didn't expect delivery to take over 20 days instead of the promised 8–10; consequently, I ran out of coffee five days ago. Now I have to start the whole process over from scratch.
This is not right; it’s not fair.
You can see my order history—my order number is #320847!!! Take a look and decide if this is acceptable! I don't think so. For now, I’m giving you 1 star, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE ORDER FROM YOU!

Not worth your money
When i first ordered it was great and as i expected. But the second order…its undrinkable. I dont know what changed but it really tastes bad and the effect isnt as promised. Dont recommend.

Extremely disappointing customer service
We placed order #331726 more than 10 days ago, and despite the delivery timeframe advertised on their website, the order still has not even been dispatched.
We contacted Tasty Dose several times asking very simple questions: Why has the order not shipped? What is causing the delay? When exactly will it be sent?
Instead of answering, they keep sending the same generic automated response in German, even though we are writing to them in English. No explanation. No dispatch date. No useful information whatsoever.
What makes this even more frustrating is that they apparently have time to respond to reviews on Trustpilot, while customers trying to resolve an actual order problem by email seem to get nothing but automated templates.
Meanwhile, promotional emails and marketing keep arriving normally.
At this point, the whole experience feels incredibly unprofessional. We paid for an order, the advertised timeframe has passed, and we cannot even get a human being to tell us what is happening.
Tasty Dose, instead of replying to this Trustpilot review with another PR response, please answer our emails, explain why order #331726 has not been shipped, and tell us when it will actually be dispatched.

Used to be excellent, but horrible upgrade. And oh, the customer service...
I loved their coffee (coffee taste), bit now they have upgraded it and it tastes HORRIBLE. It used to be a regular coffee taste, but now it has something like a vanilla aftertaste, some reviews say STEVIA?! Whatevre it is, it made the coffee horrible. I wrote an email to the customer service asking to change my order, of course I have received no reply (and even when you do receive a reply, expect automatic AI answers 🤮). So so diasappointed. I will have to switch to some other brand just because they did an "upgrade".

The website stated that delivery would take 1–3 business days, yet I have been waiting since 16.8. 2026 now and still haven't received any notification that our order has even been shipped.
I had to contact customer service amd they Golf me it hadn’t been Processing yet and the couldn‘t give me any further Information about shipping.
I placed a high-value order, so I trust that they will provide some form of compensation for this!
