I chose Tabasquishy because of their food grade silicone and expected a high quality squishy. Unfortunately, this is not a squishy at all, it’s extremely sticky and absolutely horrible to play with.

The quality is terrible, and this has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. I really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

The product is so sticky that it’s practically impossible to play with. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and avoid it. They do not accept returns, except if the product is unopened!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered directly from the official TABASQUISHY website and was disappointed with the quality when it arrived. The packaging had an obvious spelling mistake — “Mystery” was printed as “Myatery” — which is not what I would expect from an official branded product, especially at this price.

The squishies themselves are also extremely sticky and pick up dust and dirt very easily, which makes them feel unpleasant to handle after a short time. Overall, the product did not feel as well made or as premium as I expected from the official store.

The order did arrive, so my issue is mainly with the quality control and the product itself.

Terrible products. Do not waste your money. Too sticky and parts fallen off after one play. I spend a high price on what I thought would be premium squishys for my daughters birthday. Told they should be kept in the bag when shown playing with hands on the website. Insane. The dumpling squishy is not a dumpling has a flat side. Terrible customer service. They will not issue a refund, stating it is too much to send back to china as an excuse. Only offering 20%. Please do not buy and waste your hard earned money.

My daughter was so excited for her tabasquishy. She ordered the octopus and as soon as she touched it, the facial features came off and after squishing it a couple times the actual squishy started to tear apart. We emailed customer service and the most they would offer is a 20% refund.

I ordered a 6 pack of squishies and only got one.

I should have spent lesser money and got this on Amazon. Made a stupid decision to spend $70 to buy premium squishys and utterly disappointing. 3 out of 5 squishies already disintegrated when opened out of the packs. And the other 2 are already falling part ( eyes out of dumpling etc) and I am sure it wouldn’t survive another day. Pathetic!

I have ordered £50 worth of squishies. No tracking updates available, direct you to go via a shop app, which tries to charge you money for tracking parcel. I asked them to cancel my order and it seems I just fell for a scam. Totally disappointing as hoped to have these for kids for birthday which is not going to happen, and also seen all the other reviews, seems like even if I receive will have no hope in hell to return, and wont last a day. Stay away

It's been 10 days. Tracking doesn't work, and I don't know where my package is??? Nobody to speak to for support either.

Cute when they arrived, didn’t last 5 minutes by the end of the day they were EXTREMELY sticky and ruined. We had to throw some of them away the same day. Falling apart

Just ordered my first one. It lost it shape completely after couple of squeezes ! Disappointing for the value for money !!

I would give it zero stars if I could. Do not buy from this company. Both of the squishies I bought from them broke within seconds and when I asked for a refund they refused because they said they’d been removed from the sealed packaging. Apparently these toys are not to be played with - only kept within a package. Total rip off and also terrible customer service.

I bought 9 silicone molds from taba squishy .com and every single one was at the least a half inch or more smaller than the measurements shown on each product photo. The silicone molds are of very poor quality and have 2-4 uses before they tare. However the only good thing I can say, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1, is though they do ship from china (I am in Washington state & qualified for free shipping) order processing and shipping took 6 days as I placed my order on a Friday evening.

Final product was excellent! Customer service was kind, fast and very efficient! The people who helped me exemplified what good customer care should be. Will definitely purchase more from this company again in the future! :D

Customer service states they are online when you use the chat, however the customer service is in another country and it takes a day to respond. So my issue took 4 days to "resolve" (and the resolution was pathetic). I purchased over 70 dollars in Squishies and two arrived damaged. Because I took pictures of them out of the box and not in the package they only offered a $3 dollar refund. They stated my product looked used and they are soooo sticky, just by taking them out of the package they immediately get dust and hair in them. I informed customer service and they said sorry and increased the refund to $6. Absolutely unacceptable. These are NOT as advertised and absolutely not worth the money. I purchased these for my son's birthday because that was the one gift he received. Complete waste of money. Buyer beware- DO NOT PURCHASE.

I baught an axolotl and a piggy squishy for my daughter for Christmas, she has only just got them out to play with and oddly they’re coming apart! The eyes and nose come off the piggy and the gills and eyes have come off the axolotl! My daughter has hardly touched them! Seen as they’re meant to be touched and squeezed I’m pretty sure this shouldn’t happen and they should be durable! I wouldn’t usually bother writing a review but they cost quite a bit of money for what they are and there’s no point in me contacting customer service because I brought them in October/November last year and I doubt they will do anything about it now.

I ordered 2 taba squishy for my daughter for Christmas, she obviously opened them on Christmas day, she had a penguin an ginger bread man. The took the penguin out of the packet an straight away the eye fell off, she was upset about this an she barely touched it.
I've emailed taba squishy an told them but because it's been 31 days since I ordered they can't do a refund or exchange which I think is really bad considering its Christmas.
I wouldn't bother buying taba squishy as they are expensive, not good quality, an customer service aren't good.

Would give zero stars if I could. Quality is like something from Temu or Ali Express. A “bling bling” turtle’s head stayed in the package when my granddaughter tried to remove it. I contacted the company and they offered to replace the turtle. Then, a few minutes later, they rescinded that offer and offered me a 15 percent discount for my next order. Needless to say, there won’t be a next order. Terrible product, terrible service, terrible company. Stay away!

Extremely poor customer service - beware before you buy from Tabasquishy!
My parcel never arrived because of an issue with Aramex courier, and when I contacted Tabasquishy support, they completely ignored my problem. They didn’t take any responsibility, didn’t follow up with the courier, and didn’t even try to replace the missing product. Instead, they just avoided all communication and acted like it wasn’t their concern.

A genuine company would at least investigate or offer a replacement, but Tabasquishy did nothing. This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I strongly advise other customers to think twice before ordering - once they get your money, they stop caring about you or your issue.

I expected professionalism and honesty, but all I got was silence. Until they replace my order and start treating customers with respect, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered £50 worth of items for my daughter as a Christmas present for this year. The box this item has been delivered in is aahed beyond recognition. This can not be given as a gift. Its delivered in what "should" be a very nice purple presentation box, but with no brown shipper. So the box just gets damaged in transit. Mine has soaking wet as the plastic wrapper around it had ripped.. and the damage left some of the toys exposed. I contacted the company and asked if I could return it and they said no. Really really poor experience. Especially from the supplier direct. I would 100% avoid and be absolutely aware that if these items are for Christmas.. they are going to be loose and in a damaged box.. and in no way presentable to a child. You may as well get the knock off version from other sites.
