I ordered two outdoor trash cans from Spreetail through Amazon. They arrived in two separate boxes. I opened one and after assembling it, determined it was too small. I dis-assembled it, repackaged it in its original packing container and returned both. Spreetail claimed that the opened trash can was damaged and couldn't be resold and charged me a "restocking fee" equaling 100% of the item's purchase price. First, not sure why they're restocking something that can't be resold? Also, according to Amazon's policies, they aren't entitled to a "restocking fee" but a "damaged" fee of "up to 50% of the item price." Clearly, Spreetail is trying to rip me off and intend to resell the returned product!

The company was shipping an order I placed with Amazon for a particular type of automotive EV charger. It sent the wrong model, which meant that I had to go thru the process of returning. it, not to Amazon but to Spreetail. Worse, the shipping container was damaged and showed signs of prior use. So, I did not get the pristine new product that I thought I was ordering from Amazon. IMHO, Amazon should re-think using this company for order fulfillment.

Product was damaged and they charged me a restocking fee of half the cost of the product. I would not buy from this company again. Very poor business.

Spreetail.LLC business model is based on fraud and unethical practices. My experience involves their "restock " scam to keep my money.
Please avoid buying products through them on the big online retailers. You will not get your money back.

This company is very devious. We ordered a pool from them. When it was running several days late, we called them, as the tracking number said it had been in our (small) town for 2 or 3 days. The manager we spoke to said it couldn’t possibly be in our town, and they had no pool where he was, so he would check another warehouse and get back to us. Essentially they lost our pool. He said he would call us back that day … he did not. Instead, the next day we arrived home to find it dumped, partially blocking our shared driveway, and the boxes were in such bad shape, we thought for sure the pool would be ruined or missing pieces. Fortunately the pool was ok, and all there. The devious part came in because they never marked our pool as delivered, which is very likely something they do when they don’t want the customer to review the item … because you can’t review them until the item is marked as delivered. Given the fact that they have thousands of reviews on the site I bought through, totaling 4.6 stars, I say they do this often. So I will be calling the large company I ordered through, and insisting it is marked as delivered, or refunded!

Company is dishonest. We returned an unopened pool pump along with an unopened pool. They tried to say both were used and would only refund 1/2 my money. Amazon made it right thankfully spreetail is a scam

Wow. I see I am not the only one who got scammed on regarding the returns/refunds. I double boxed my return because the box we got was damaged and we could not send it back in that box. I even cleaned a couple scuffs off because my wife was excited about the chair. Then to find out it was not the correct chair. I double boxed the chair so it would not get damaged like when we got it and then they said it got back to them damaged. I asked for pictures and they won't show me any. I guess it's not damaged or they would be happy to send pictures. At least I did when I owned a company. Oh well, guess what Spreetail, you got us on your false refund policy like you did to others. A real company does the right thing.

Bought a pool off Amazon from them that was missing poles. I tried to contact Intex to get replacement poles, but it was hard to orchestrate because they’re based out of Hong Kong and I had a difficult time understanding them. So I decided to buy the same pool again and return the one with missing parts. They hit me with a 50% restock fee because the box was returned with missing parts. THAT WAS THE POINT OF RETURNING IT! So Intex makes the mistake and I pay for it. Cute.

Worst seller on the planet. Avoid these clowns at all costs. You will get screwed over if you buy anything from them.

Believe me if I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a pool from them through Walmart, they lost it mid transit. Get a refund and go to Amazon and order a pool through there (didn’t check the seller), was suppose to be delivered this morning and now it’s been delayed. I do not understand how this company is still operational.

They sent me a POS Arcade machine that cost $500 and I spent 3 hours building it. The thing never powered up. I contacted TEMU who they sell through and the company refused to send me the new power parts. They want me to take it apart and put it back in the box. You know thats going to be a chore. The construction on the newer star wars machines by this company are garbage. I bet you anything, I will never see a dime back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I would give it 0 stars if possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a toal scam. Grill came in a damged box and was dented. We returned it and they gave us a 50% refund saying that since it was damaged they were charging a restocking fee. Luckily Amazon stood behind their policies and gave us a full refund. This SCAM company needs to be shut down and I will be sharing my experience with the Better Business Bureau.

SCAMMERS. AVOID AVOID
I don’t pretend to be a scamming expert but whatever this company is up to is complete fraud. Made a purchase on Amazon on Saturday for a Monday delivery. Monday rolls around and it’s not been dispatched yet. Emailed them and they promise they are processing it.
Amazon then email to tell them to confirm they will deliver Monday as promised and they reply saying it’s out of stock and that in order to get a refund I need to cancel the item (presumably part of the scam).
It’s not good enough. I rearranged my house and garden for this purchase and am now out of pocket.
This company are taking advantage of Amazon customers (to what end I’m not sure) but it’s definitely fraud.

This is the second time I have purchased a pool from Spreetail, through Amazon on June/9/26 and Amazon on July/4/26 and unfortunately the exact same thing happened again.
Before placing the order, I was given a specific delivery date. However, shortly after my payment was processed, I received an email saying my order would be delayed, without providing a new delivery date.
After spending a great deal of time trying to contact customer service, I was finally given another delivery date much later than originally promised. I trusted that commitment and waited again. When that date arrived, my pool still was not delivered.
This has now happened to me twice. Advertising delivery dates that are not honored, changing the timeline only after the customer has paid, and then failing to meet the revised delivery date is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I cannot recommend Spreetail based on my experience. If you cannot meet the delivery date shown at checkout, you should not advertise it. Customers deserve honest shipping estimates and reliable service.

Order the same item on two different occasions through Target. Both times I received an email saying my order was canceled with not other explanation. Both times the target website stated the items were in stock.

I was appalled to be charged a 50% restocking fee for an item that was returned unopened! Despite numerous feedback messages and requests for documentation, Spreetail still refused to reimburse me for the total charge for my return.

Scam Company!!! When we ordered our above ground pool, they presented a delivery date within a few days. As soon as the order was placed, they sent a revised delivery apologizing for the delay, and did not present any return policy on the invoice. Nearly a week into this the Amazon purchase record still does not show any delivery information other than a Fedex tracking number that has no delivery date. We eventually found that for a $168 purchase, they would only refund $16. Customer service was someone in India we could barely understand. Look at all the negative reviews and avoid this company, they are another total scam-shop!

Missed delivery promise, seller knew it wouldn't arrive, then shifting timelines
I purchased a pool pump through an eBay listing for VM MP, LLC, fulfilled by Spreetail, which advertised "FREE 1-3 Day Delivery" and guaranteed delivery by July 1. That delivery date was the entire reason I bought the item — my pool was inoperable and I needed it urgently.
The item did not arrive by the promised date. Spreetail offered a $20 discount early on as an apology — before any real resolution was attempted — which suggested they already knew the item would not arrive on time.
When I asked to cancel and receive a refund instead, Spreetail refused, saying the order was "already in transit" and I'd need to wait for it to arrive and initiate a return through eBay. What followed was a pattern of shifting deadlines: I was first told a 4-business-day window would close July 7, then told it would close July 3, then told it had moved again to July 6 — each revision pushing resolution further out. The fact that this window kept moving suggests the seller couldn't confirm whether the item would arrive within 4 business days at all, let alone by the date originally promised. Meanwhile, eBay's own tracking showed the package scheduled for delivery on a different day entirely than any of the dates I was given.
I reached out to VM Innovations directly hoping for better support, but got no meaningful resolution there either.
If you're considering buying from this seller expecting the delivery guarantees advertised, be cautious — my experience showed those commitments are not reliable, and getting help when they're missed is a frustrating, drawn-out process.

Absolute fraud. I bought an item on Walmart Marketplace and they shipped me the completely wrong item. Then I had to do all the leg work of returning it, filing a complaint with Walmart, etc. Nothing to show for it and still trying to get my money back. NEVER order something from this company and never use Walmart online, they do not back up their purchases for fraudulent companies like this one.
