A kind and dedicated lady/employee

The lady that came to my home was very kind and greeting me nicely. The rain was coming down when she arrived and yet she got out of her to deliver. She became drenching wet. My heart felt for her dedication to me and her company. She is a gem of an employee!!!

Clear communications

They kept me posted every step of the way, including a delivery window the day before the target delivery date. I was alerted as soon as the delivery occurred, complete with a picture of the package and apartment’s table. Well done.

Great Communication / Tracking Updates

I appreciated the detailed tracking updates on the day of delivery, letting me know how many stops the driver had before my delivery. My delivery arrived within the scheduled timeframe, and to my delight, arrived earlier rather than later.
