They don't help you recover precious metals as their website states

Their website says there are several components that you shouldn't throw away because of the precious metals they contain. They say to call them so they can help with how to recover metals from old VCRs, DVD players, remotes, etc.. but when I had spoken to the person they had no clue how to remove the metals from items I have nor did they think that those products were even worth it because of how little gold they contained. Why post something on Google saying it's worth it if it's not? Furthermore, don't say you can help if you don't want to waste your time with people like me. You have other clients that have what you're looking for to make it worth your time so don't waste mine by trying to "help" by leading me on with something you put on the internet to attract customers that you can profit from.
