I understand that you are not satisfied with our complaints department's decision. I regret that this decision has led to a perception that our complaints department has not taken your case seriously.

I also regret if you perceive the decision and handling of the case as a lack of willingness.

Unfortunately, I am not able to find you in our system, and I am therefore unable to comment on your case.

Hello Marksen,

My name is Marie, and I am responsible for the quality department at Spartoo.dk

I have just read your comment where you express problems contacting our customer service on weekends.

At Spartoo, our Danish customer service is open from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (except holidays) and is therefore unfortunately not available on weekends.

Our phone hours are listed on the top left side of our front page (computer) and can also be found under Terms of conditions and Legal Information, which you can find at the bottom of the website.

You can of course write us an email, and we will reply within two working days.

Our customer service can be contacted by email at adriana@spartoo.dk or by phone on 89 87 09 60 and will then assist you with your question about a product.

Hi Ima,

I understand that you are unsatisfied with the results of a reclamation which you have placed.

I would like to refer to the following conditions which can be found on our website under Terms and Conditions §20:

The right of complaint for a reclamation covers all defects that were present or where the cause of the defect was present when the buyer received the goods.
The right of complaint generally does NOT cover faults and defects caused by deliberate alteration of the item, by using the item for a purpose for which it was not intended and if washing and usage instructions were not followed.

After a close examination of your product, our reclamation department regret to inform you, that your reclamation does not meet the terms stated above.

If you have further questions regarding this matter, please contact us by sending an email to adriana@spartoo.dk or phone 8987 0960 (local call rate) from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8:30-16:30. We respond to all emails within 2 working days.

SPARTOO.DK checks all orders that have been confirmed on the website. These checks are intended to protect SPARTOO.DK and our customers against fraudulent commercial practices. In some cases, SPARTOO will reach out to you to request the necessary documents to process your order: proof of residence and bank documentation in your name, or proof of residence of the person living at the delivery address, etc.

This information is also described in our terms and conditions §7.4 Control of payment.

If we do not receive this information/incorrect information, the order will be canceled.

If you do not wish to provide these documents, your order can be canceled upon request.

I would therefore advise you to contact us, as we would like to make sure that you have been refunded or a new order is sent to you.

Furthermore, I apologize that you have received many newsletters from us. I would like to help you deactivate newsletters.

I would also like to know more about the scammers who called you, as protection from fraud is something we take very seriously.

I would therefore kindly ask you to send us a mail or call us so that we can make amends.
