Goods delivered - 2 weeks too late!
Very difficult to contact the suller - available trackingnumber was not working - no info on delivery or late delivery. Suddenly 2 weeks too late, a van delivered the goods, in good condition.
Happy with the help from Amazon.fr

solarway is a scam site, I've payed 1200 Euros almost a month ago and still did not get my battery that I have paid for. They do not answer the phone and on the chat system just keep lying that they have already sent my order! Tomorrow I will file a fraud report to the police.

I'm giving this company maximum stars…
I'm giving this company maximum stars as they have been so helpful in my quest for a plug and play solar energy system. Unfortunately as I'm based in Italy they cannot supply directly however Amazon.de can supply.
They have answered all my questions by email in some cases in minutes and this is even before I purchase their product. I did contact other suppliers one in the UK and still awaiting the courtesy of a reply some 2 weeks later! If anyone is in doubt about buying a solar system that needs no technical skills and simply plugs into your wall socket contact these first.
