Evverything was great! great quality, app works perfectly, no gliches. Delivery and customer support was great as well.

The packet was delivered well packed and installation was super easy and with App controlling and monitoring is very handy.
What can be done better, a higher capacity battery like 3.5kW would be much better.

Excellent support. The best access to customer support is by email as they respond in a timely manner. The webpage help section is useful for common issues; nothing is better than service help with a real human.

After a Black Week followed by a Black Friday, a Black Weekend and today a Cyber Monday the discounts remain the same.

The company Solakon is excellent. My experiences, and I have ordered several times and also bought some systems for the neighbors, were very, very good.

Products work fine once they are successfully plugged in the right order. I added the battery one year later. Plugging things together: both times I had some reading instructions plus try and error. Support helps with broken equipment (not so much not with wrong plugging).
AP EasyPower App and Solakon App are very helpful and useful.
Transport: one Solarpanel was broken. It was no problem to have it replaced.

I am very impressed by the Help for Installation.

I have just had a very good telephone conversation with Mr. Mergim. We talked about the connection of the storage modules. I have to say that Mr. Mergim is very competent and knows the product solutions inside out.

Very helpful, very flexibel, very confident! Very good material, such a good experience!
One and only thing: The App and therefore I would imagine you can do better! If you have no experience you are a simple user, you need more assistance. Example the App can’t read the battery: what she’ll I do! Normally you restart everything but nothing is working. Everything is on the right place iOS is updated App is updated but still I can’t incloud the battery. The Wechselrichter has WiFi and I can’t see it on the app, but nothing else! How is my system working without controlling the battery… and is it working? For all this I need help but for the moment there is no response from Solakon! This is giving a user few of the company but I hope in the end they will help, as my experience was before.

I am very satisfied with the system including the storage battery. The installation was easy and worked smoothly. Even a defective solar panel was replaced immediately.

Good quick despatch. Quality from solar panels are very good and keeps their promise.

Because of a typing error I ordered the wrong package (without holder).
I tried to fix it by asking Solokon to add the holders into the order, but they were very unflexibel and didn't do it.
Produkt ist easy to assemble, however you should do it with 2 or better 3 people.
The yield of electricity in bad weather ist much lesser than I had expected, so I'm a little disappointed.
The Solokon App should be better.

Good components, very good non-conformance Management (a defect Panel was replaced und 2 Days).
One better option could be to send the Panels Not with Hermes because our deliver person was very angry about the size and the weight of the packages.
