Morgan went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our installation. Everything went smoothly and we are thrilled with the set up. We already had a power outage, which are way too frequent in our area, and apart from a notification on the app we wouldn't have even known it had happened. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.

Had my system installed very recently and I have to say that I was very impressed from my initial enquiry to handover after commissioning.
Dealing with Eoghan in sales was a pleasure from start to finish. My installation was not straightforward as I have panels on three different orientations. Eoghan went over and beyond to optimise my set up, and nothing was never too much trouble. It may not have been the cheapest quote, but great value for money, for the service that was provided by SolarSmart.
Pa the electrical foreman and his team, & Dmitrijs the roofing foreman and his team were exceptional, extremely knowledgeable and carried out all works to a very high standard. Everything was tidied up afterwards and all rubbish taken away.
Once it was commissioned, Pa spent alot of time handing over system to me, which I was delighted to get.
Overall all Solarsmart staff that I dealt were exceptional and definitely had pride in their work. Solarsmart are a great company and I would definitely recommend them.

We recently had solar panels installed through Solar Smart and couldn't be happier with the experience. We're already seeing the savings, which has made the investment feel worthwhile from the outset.

A special mention has to go to Lara from the sales team. I dealt with her throughout the process, and she was fantastic. I tend to be a bit indecisive, so there was a lot of back and forth with questions and different options, but she was always responsive, patient and helpful. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed into making a decision.

What really stood out was how genuine and honest she was. Rather than relying on sales talk, she spoke in real-world terms and gave straightforward advice that helped me understand what would work best for our situation. That approach made the whole process much easier and built a lot of trust.

The installation team were really efficient, professional, and respectful of our property. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and would not hesitate to recommend Solar Smart to anyone thinking about installing solar panels.

After a long process of deciding who we would go with for Solar Panels, we chose SolarSmart and I couldn't be happier. I'm sure I wrecked Steve's head with all my questions, but he took the time to answer everything and anything I could think of. And then on the day of the install the teams turned up first thing in the morning and did everything they could to ensure we were happy with the work. The system is working great, my only regret is that I didn't do this sooner.

Highly recommend solar smart

From start to finish Solar Smart were professional friendly and efficient. Right from the first visit of Martina in Sales to Sean who put the EV charger in. They were prompt, efficient and clean & tidy. I could not fault them in any way. we got a 16 panel system in with a 10KVh battery and it was done in a day. Then the EV charger took an hour to install. Would highly recommend SolarSmart.

I found Solar Smart great to work with, small issues with installation were dealt with quickly and communicate was kept open.

Wish I had installed the panels a few years ago now!

The installation teams were fantastic. Dennis and his roofing team did an excellent, professional job, while Michael, Eoin, and Malcolm were superb on the electrics. The entire crew was neat, clean, and completed the work to a very high standard. You can tell they take pride in what they do—I genuinely can't rate the installation high enough.

Decided to invest in Solar panels this year with all the electrical uncertainty and did a lot of research before I started. Georgina from SolarSmart was one of the first sales reps I spoke to and took the brunt of most of my questions, which she did with such endearing professionalism that it made it hard to consider other contenders. But I ended up speaking to 7 other installers as well to compare the offering but ultimately SolarSmart had everything I wanted, with a presence that instils confidence. SolarSmart are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. It has been a breeze dealing with them, they did so much of the work for the grants and paperwork and their installation team were top notch. They took the time to explain things when I had concerns and queries and they did an incredibly tidy job when installing everything. I'd have no problem referring them on to anyone in the future, and the few incidental queries I've had after the service was installed have all been rapidly addressed which is nice to see too. If you can afford the higher quality stuff, it's a no-brainer, go SolarSmart.

I recently had a 9.2kW solar array with hybrid inverter and battery storage installed, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the very first enquiry, Morgan was fantastic — patient, knowledgeable, and happy to answer my myriad of questions about panel configuration, inverter sizing, battery options, and how it would all work with my tariff. Nothing was too much trouble, and I always felt I was making informed decisions rather than being sold to.

The installation itself was equally impressive. Darren and his team were efficient, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They worked cleanly, kept me informed throughout, and had the whole system up and running with minimal disruption. The system has been performing brilliantly since.

I had a persistent issue with my solar batteries charging and spent nearly five weeks trying to get it sorted with the company. From the sales man to the installers all were gentlemen hardworking organised and efficient with great attention to detail.

Can't fault anything yes it's not the cheapest route but for the sake of a nominal amount of money for such a cracking service worth every penny.

Really have to appreciate the lads working in tandem, and cleaning up every scrap of paper from the many many boxes that arrived kudos lad thanks to Sean and Co.

When getting an initial assessment I had a fairly over the top system planned all the bells and whistles complete overkill, the rep Eoghan came back with a much more economically sound plan that cut the plan to what would be the ideal situation for most household no up selling completely transparent and straight forward we ended up meeting in the middle somewhat with shorter winter days a priority for us to cover as well as export.

The app is very easy to use and configure, the installers took the time to explain certain essential features and we were set to go.

The job being slightly on the larger scale with awkward high roofing setup took a day and a half, wiring sigenergy components all other installed equipment done a to very high standard.

So today (cloudy until 2 p.m.)imported less than 0.4kwh from the grid while exporting 16.9kwh after multiple power showers and everything else covered in a 2000sq ft house battery is full and still generating until sundown.

Class act Solar Smart will be recommending to anyone interested cheers.

Paolo, my sales representative was excellent throughout as I had a lot of questions and priced competitively, as I had proposals from many installers. The install was completed in 1 day with very limited disruption. Excellent service and highly professional. Would recommend.
