I use them at least twice every year, clubs are always on time. FedEx who delivers for them is very rough on shipping material whether you use a hard case or a shipping box.

Had never used Ship Sticks before. Will always use them now when I travel. Easy to sign up and print needed shipping tags. Golf clubs arrived as expected on both ends. Called customer service when I first set up my trip and received excellent help. So much easier and convenient than lugging golf clubs through the airport.

Efficient and Fast
My bag and clubs arrived in excellent condition and ahead of the promised delivery date. This was also the first time I saw the "Senseaware" tag in use for a shipment with Fedex. This added much more preciseness as to where my bag was both in transit and during the delivery day. Really appreciate the ease in dropping off at a Fedex Office and speed at which the clubs made it across country over the weekend.
