Awful experience. Stay away, because once there is a problem, they seem to stay away from you too.

My order arrived incomplete, with an item missing. I reported it immediately and have followed up repeatedly by email and phone.

Still no explanation, no solution and no information about the missing item. Not even a confirmation that they will look into it.

Delivery problems can happen. Ignoring a customer when something goes wrong is the real problem!!!!

The delivery times displayed on the website are misleading. My shower and bathtub faucets were advertised with a delivery time of one to two weeks but took more than three months to arrive.

The delay brought my renovation to a standstill. Since the concealed parts had already been installed, cancelling the order was not a realistic option, yet that was the only solution SHK Shop offered.

Customer service was equally disappointing. My emails were largely ignored, and the only way to get updates was by phone.

After a delay of over three months, I expected at least a small gesture of goodwill. Nothing was offered.

If the real lead time had been disclosed from the start, I would have purchased elsewhere. Instead, I relied on inaccurate delivery information that caused months of delays, unnecessary costs, and considerable stress.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend SHK Shop and strongly advise anyone planning a renovation to buy from a more reliable supplier.

You really see the true value of a company when something goes wrong. I had an issue with my order, but the SHKshop support team handled my Reklamation perfectly. They were quick to reply, solution-oriented, and very polite. Because of this fantastic service, I recommend them as a five star business.

i have order a lot of bathroom tap from them. It was complicated because i needed to send it abroad. They were amazing, very helpful and very professional. So not only the price was very competitive, but the service was amazing. Alexander what the guy who helped me, I strongly recommend him as well.

Misleading and knowingly wrong delivery dates. Whilethe products are good quality and value they fall down on delivery, DON'T BELIEVE THEIR WEBSITE, I'd suggest you multiply what they say by 4 at least. also, their website is terrible, very frustrating to navigate

In my case the experience ended up being good. I bought 2 products which were marked as "in stock" and ready to be delivered in 2-3 days. Being a delivery from Germany to Spain I expected it to be at least of a week or 10 days and that wasn't a problem.
I'm remodeling 2 baths so it was pretty urgent for those to arrive but still counted with a few weeks.
I got really upset when I found out that they didn't have the products available to be delivered and after days of awaiting an update I contacted them.

They replied pretty fast but the customer agent Veronika didn't seem to understand that marking a product "in stock" when is not available is lying to the client and if you need the product urgently it can become a problem.

The only thing she stated is that they can't control each item cause there are third parties involved and so on... and that it will be delivered when the manufacturer sends them the faucets.

Sorry but that is simply nonsense, you can control each item when you are professional and have a stock control system.

In any case, she was timely in her responses which I appreciate although she never apologized for something abnormal that she considered normal.
She gave me a date for the products to de delivered which was of like 3 weeks later but it ended up being less than 2 and both products arrived nicely packaged and safe.

Worth mentioning that their prices for the products in big brands like Grohe and Hansgrohe are great. Not so much the shipping costs from Germany to Spain which were like 25 euros for 2 small faucets... but overall a good experience and thanks to them I have 2 nice bathroom faucets.

Ordered online installations for my bathroom, to be delivered to the Netherlands, and everything was delivered within a week, in perfect condition. Very pleased with it!
