Easy and quick delivery. The faucet is already installed and works perfectly.

I liked the wide variety of products and being able to order everything in one place. My only suggestion is to improve communication: my order was held because one item was out of stock, but I wasn’t informed and only found out by chance. A quick message from customer service would have allowed me to decide sooner whether to wait or ship the available items. I ended up canceling the missing item due to time constraints and ordered it later. Aside from that, the packaging was excellent, everything arrived undamaged, and the delivery was fast.

Delivery was fast, the quality of the goods was good. Thank you.

Nobody get in contact with me regarding my claim since one week

I purchased two sets of wall-mounted WCs. The price and quality from SANITINO are unbeatable. I’m writing this review a bit later since the WCs were only recently installe and they look fantastic.
I would highly recommend SANITINO to anyone looking for high-quality products at an affordable price, along with fast and hassle-free delivery.

Bad quality product. No reply after requesting devolution

Absolutely dismissive customer service. They show advertise product as a bidet with tap, then deliver it without. It's extremly misleading - they place all photos included tap and don't write anything in description that tap is not included. When you want to return (within 1 day from reciveing) you need to pay 100€ for the shipping back to Czech! They don't inform you about return cost during the check-out / purchase proces. That's outrageous and in many cases higher price than purchase itself. Other products (order for almost 700€) came dirty, with stickers over them. They look more like post exhibition that new, unpacked products. Highly discourage using this supplier, they are far from any Dutch supplier standards and totally disregard customer rights. Reported the seller to ECC.

Good prices and choice of goods.

I ordered a washbasin faucet from Sanitino because the product was listed as in stock and I urgently needed it to replace a defective one in my home.

Unfortunately, the product arrived defective. I reported the issue immediately after delivery, but the resolution process was extremely slow and difficult. For weeks, I mainly received generic responses such as “we are waiting for feedback from the supplier”, without any clear deadlines or concrete updates.

Following the retailer’s instructions, I returned the product, and according to the tracking information it was successfully delivered. However, even after that, I still received no meaningful updates regarding the replacement process.

The most frustrating part was that I had specifically ordered the product because I urgently needed it, yet I was left without a working solution for almost two months while my money remained tied up.

Communication remained polite throughout the process, but it was very slow and lacked accountability. It took numerous follow-up emails and constant insistence on my side before any concrete resolution was provided.

In the end, the case was closed by issuing a refund rather than replacing the defective product. In my opinion, a fair customer experience would have meant resolving the issue promptly and delivering a proper replacement, not returning the money after nearly two months of delays and complications.

Based on this experience, I would recommend caution when ordering important products from foreign websites. If problems arise, resolving them can become very slow, difficult and frustrating, and your practical options are far more limited compared to buying from a local store.

I ordered armatur on 21st of April, today is 5th of May (15 days) and even though the order says "delivery within 9 days", I still did not get any confirmation.

I sent them an email asking about it 2 days ago and still no answer. I found myself googling "is sanitino scam?"

I hope they are not but if they don't send me in couple of days, I will order from somewhere else.
