We have experienced where my delivery was left at the wrong address abd thus did not receive. Seller is redoing my complete order and shipping back out to me. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our furkids are our worlds. Fresh water is very important to their health and the filter system is the best on the market. We chose the wireless 7L unit for our 3 pups and have never been happier. The support staff has been top notch when minor issues have arose.

Incredible company! I wrote the company about an issue with my purchase. The company replied to my email within 8 hours and worked with me until the issue was resolved. In the world today, this type of service is hard to find.

Does not ship to Alaska, and customer service is terrible**

I had to email Selene multiple times just to get any response about my order. Getting it shipped was a nightmare.

They do not ship to Alaska. Alaska is a state. I had to set up a forwarding service in Idaho just to get my order, and I still have to pay extra to get it forwarded to me here.

I should not have had to jump through this many hoops for an order I already paid for. I would not recommend this company if you live in Alaska.

Only had my dog water bowl for a week. It came in a bag not doubled boxed and the bowl had a small dent. Doesn’t affect anything. Have 4 large and medium dogs. Bought this for several reasons. 2 GSD dogs love to play in water. It’s every where. Now there is less water on the floor. My older GSD hasn’t really started using it much. For his health I hope he does. Selene has been good to let me know what is going on and giving tips. I like the filters keeping the water cleaner. It’s a nice stainless steel bowl. Did not come with a plug in adapter. I like it so far.

Wonderful pet fountain and exceptional customer service.
No noisy sound, easy to assemble and to clean. Does not collect slime. My pets began drinking immediately out of it. Very happy with product and customer service.

I had an issue and they responded immediately. My fountain came and it works great!

I bought my doggie fountain in August. The pump stopped working . When I contacted the company because of the 5 yr warrenty they sendt a list of instructions to try. Nothing worked, I sent a video and my new pump is on the way. I am glad I contacted them, it took a few days tio resolve but that is okay. They stood behinf their product and I believe they made good on their promise.

Olivia made my experience with Selene very good because apparently the address was printed incorrect so it was never delivered. But she made it right and credited me and I'm very happy. I'll be getting my new product soon I hope. Thank you, Olivia

Milo, our 9 year old Cavapoo, simply loves your water fountain and is no longer sniffing at a static water bowl and immediately walking away. He is now drinking more water than ever more and is frequently heard lapping at his water fountain any time of the day. Patrick

I highly recommend this product. The product was great. My dogs were skeptical at first however once they saw it wasn't harmful they have been drinking from it quite a bit. I feel better cause I know the water is clean. The customer service I recieved was not only fast but curteous.

The customer service has been incredible. I placed my order last night, but on the email confirmation, my apartment number seemed to be missing. I reached out to ensure it would be added to the shipping label and in very little time, Britney assured me she checked my order and the apt number was included. She made sure if I had any further questions, to please reach out again. It's rare to find a company who actually CARES about their customers and I'm so excited to get the fountain for my furbabies. If the product is as nice as the service I've already received, they'll have one extremely happy customer!!

After reading some of the reviews I was a little skeptical.
After receiving the product I was actually surprised. The quality was a little less than expected but it works well. I was sent the wrong extra filters I ordered but when I contacted SelenePets they responded right away and took care of the issue. I appreciate great customer service. The dogs love the bowl as well. Thank You

Our pup wouldn’t go near the fountain at first. I contacted you and you gave us some great tips to try and help and now he absolutely loves it. Our goal for doing this was to try to get him to drink more water and cleaner water. He loves his fountain now and is drinking more water daily so we are very happy overall with the results. My dog seems to like it. It’s convenient that I do not have to change the water all the time. I do think the filters a pricey. Especially considering tgey want you to replace them every 2 weeks.

I like the way the two dogs watched the flow of water then they drink ABIT watched them drank a bit more, now here's the thing the bit a never thought I would find, the amount slime, hair and dust in the filters!! Amazing I change the water every day putting a new filter in each time, so l was wondering if l may have some more packs please,

I am happy with the drinking fountain; however, I was sent wired filters instead of wireless filters...It took me a lot longer than I would have liked, but finally got the correct filters.

I got two and it the best thing ever I brought for my Millie. Now she will have water upstairs and downstairs.

I love this thing. My puppy learned it right away. It's convenient. It's nice. It's clean. It's fresh, reasonable, and I got the extra extra filter so I'm good. It's a good machine. I recommend it highly. My dog loves it. I love it
