Would not even award them 1 star if that wer possible.
Spent hours (no exaggeration) the past weeks in order to get about €40 withdrawn to my bank account. Must have exchanged about 15 emails with the support desk, often they suggest the same solutions repeatedly.
Once I receive the money I am owed I will delete the app and NEVER use it again.
Hope it will get resolved by complaining here.

It took them 6 months to solve a simple problem of phone number and change of address. They kept replying the same thing over and over again, kept asking to try this and that without reading the history, they were not reading the email themselves, as I needed to quote myself over and over again. Unbelievable
