Absolutely terrible customer service. I have spent 4 days of my life basically troubleshooting everything by myself. And by some miracle through Youtube videos because these guys are... See more

“Bricks” PC
Removed my windows activation. Clearly messed with some serious system files. Had to reinstall windows and reflash bios to get my PC working as expected again. Non existent support as explained by many others. Would highly believe this is also malware besides the issues of it messing with your critical windows files.
Simply scammers, and customer service is non-existent.
Spoofer is advertising that it works for call of duty. However you will get hit with an attestation error as soon as you boot which makes 95% of playlists unavailable and raises eye brows at your account by the dev team. It’s been over a week since the employee admitted it doesn’t work and has not refunded me $40.00
SCAM!
Money taken instantly, no message with code received, zero human responce from on-site support chat, redirects between website and discord for support chat, provided support email does not exist.

It Removed My Windows 10
Deleted ALL the files
thank god ion got important files on the PC
its genuinely the worst scam i have seen
Support is more less non existent with only 1 person who deals with all tickets. Typical reply per message is 24-48 hours and that’s a response that doesn’t help resolve your issue in the slightest, it requires you to follow up with more questions due to the crap response which then is another 24-48 hour response. You’ll likely get your issue resolved in about 1-2 weeks (if you even get it resolved) They moved from discord support to web support because they can’t handle helping their paying customers through the bugs in their software. Would stay clear of them. Not to mention the driver they use for their temp spoofer has been detected for about 6 months with them not telling anyone and pretending it’s not; or blaming other components instead of accepting responsibility or pushing an update of a newer undetected driver. Terrible spoofer that actually use to be good. Pitty the owner is just enjoying everyone’s money too much and couldn’t be assed fixing their software as a job that’s been paid for by their customers already.
If you want the meat and potatoes: The temporary spoofer works for a game or two, then you get kicked. Cleaning and respoofing helps for another game or so before it kicks again. I refunded that option.
I still wanted to play Fortnite, so I went with the permanent solution. Customer service was very slow. They eventually got it working, but the whole process took me a week and a half. If you want a quick spoof, you better hope you don’t run into issues you can’t troubleshoot yourself.
This isn’t something that can easily be done without some prior knowledge. Basic issues aside, I found myself really frustrated with the process.
First issue: Getting the instruction key for Fortnite. The loader didn’t include it even though there’s a tab to select your game. I had to message support right away. They sent a compatibility.exe to generate the key.
Next was creating the RAID array. The instructions are simple and work for many, but not me. I created the arrays fine, but when booting to install Windows the drivers wouldn’t load (“unable to load driver”). The system also kept getting stuck in the cleaning-up process. After no help from automated responses and no live agents online, I solved it myself: I installed Windows on a regular NTFS drive, used Rufus to create a new Win11 USB, downloaded the RAID drivers from my motherboard site, and used NTLite to pre-inject them. I also added the LAN drivers to the USB root. This let me create and recognize the RAID array during install.
Second issue: The compatibility checker said my system was eligible. Great. But the SYNC loader still didn’t spoof my baseboard or MAC address. After waiting a day or two for support, we discovered my motherboard’s LAN connector was incompatible. I bought the $15 one they recommended, disabled the onboard LAN, and that fixed the MAC address.
Last issue: The baseboard never spoofed on the initial run. This took several more days of slow back-and-forth messages (often 8+ hours between replies). The fix required downloading a bootloader to run before Windows. I also needed an extra USB drive, which was a minor but additional cost.
All in all, I was able to spoof my system, which is why I’m giving it three stars. The very slow customer service will turn most people away when they hit problems that aren’t quick to fix. Messaging for a Discord ID and waiting another eight hours is disheartening.
One more thing: I couldn’t access the sync.top website at the start. No matter what I tried, it gave protocol errors. If this happens to you, go into your router’s security settings and whitelist the site (and the loader). I had to create a custom profile and turn off online defense, adblocking, and content filtering.
Hope this helps someone. :')
Terrible customer serivce. I bought the permanent woofer thinking it would work on my pc turns out it doesnt. so i ask for a refund been egoed for 2 days now. Please fix this. I would like a refund i havent even got to use anything.
I've bought this spoofer over a year ago and I can say the dev is super nice. I've tested this spoofer on fortnite and i can say that its fully undetected even from report bans (ive reported myself over 10 times on a brand new account to ensure this and if you follow the steps exactly you will be good).
Very bad experience! Customer service takes a day to respond with ONE sentence that is not helpful at all, and the spoofer itself does not work at all. Also the whole spoofer is detected I play for a day without any problems and then bans for 24 hours which turns into a 360 day ban during the day, already 3 accounts.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON POOR QUALITY AND SCAM OF SYNC. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life.
0/10 I will never buy this crap again
dont try this this deletes some of your important files!
Main guy doesn’t respond to messages. The new Call of duty season 4 update is not supported and they will not issue refunds even though the website says they will. Find another spoofer to use.
I got banned on Fortnite on my last pc and I got a spoofer i had to remove my files and do extra stuff but with sync i was able to click 1 button and boom I was back in my lovely reload ranked in Fortnite ngl I do recommend using it if u are banned for a long time like a year or perm
