"Absolute pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable about Shopify. Has a creative/sales mindset that makes him dynamic when adding editing functions on your site. He makes changes with taste. He wants to understand your product or service so he can weave it in to what you are trying to accomplish. He did some things in draft that I did not expect because I could not articulate exactly what I needed on the front end. Many people in this space or service are out of control with prices. They tend to overvalue themselves and exaggerate their efforts. Garrett is not one of these people. He knows as business owners we are all working on tight margins. I came to Storetasker after running into Shopify issues with cart upsell apps that were interfering with our add-to-cart flow and slowing down the shop.

Before Storetasker, I had used Fiverr and my own attempts with GPT for smaller tasks and changes. I had also looked for Shopify support through Shopify Partner Finder, but never found the right solution. When the cart issue started blocking customers from adding products while we were running an important promotion, I knew I needed real Shopify expertise.

Storetasker swiftly (within 1 hour on a saturday) matched me with Sam, and he was exactly the right fit. He helped me with our side cart/cart drawer and built a native, app-like setup for managing buy-one-get-one and free gift promotions. Sam quickly identified the problem and replaced the setup with a faster, cleaner, and more reliable solution. After that we continued with follow up work to make the solution more robust and versitile.

He was fast, friendly, very skilled, and went above and beyond by adding improvements that made sense even when I had not specifically asked for them.

Very happy with the result, and I would definitely use Storetasker and Sam again for complex Shopify work.
