Excellent work well-done
I had a great experience working with The Business Toolkit on our branding and logo design. Their designer was professional, responsive, and very patient throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and willingness to listen to our feedback, make adjustments, and continue refining the design until we were satisfied with the final result.
The turnaround time was also excellent. Revisions were handled promptly without sacrificing the quality of the work. You could tell the designer wasn't simply trying to complete the project quickly—they took the time to understand our brand vision and make sure the different elements worked together.
We are very pleased with the quality of the final design and the overall experience. I would definitely recommend The Business Toolkit to any business owner looking for professional design work, good communication, attention to detail, and reliable turnaround times.

Professional and Quick
I worked with Ashley to design my business logo. I provided a draft of my idea and her team brought it to life! I liked how they didn't change my vision but they enhanced it. They were quick and professional. I enjoyed doing business with them so much I went back to get my brand kit from them. They made logo creation look easy!!!
Working with Jose, Andrea and the entire design team was an amazing experience. Before I could finish filling out my interest form Jose had already given me a call and made the onboarding experience easy. Andrea, my brand consultant, was a pleasure to work with. She listened, gave good advice, and steered me in the right direction. I shared design concepts with her and the team and they gave me what I asked for and more. Extremely disappointing experience with…
Extremely disappointing experience with The Business Toolkit. I hired them to build a website and, despite multiple rounds of revisions and ongoing communication, the project was not delivered to the standard I was expecting. There were still important outstanding items and deficiencies that needed to be addressed.
What has been even more frustrating is the response after raising these concerns. Rather than working toward a reasonable resolution, the company has relied heavily on its Terms & Conditions to justify keeping my payment while characterizing the project as completed and accepted.
I was particularly disappointed by the way a comment I made saying the updates “look great” was later presented as evidence of full and unconditional acceptance of the entire website, despite outstanding issues still being discussed.
I have requested a refund and a detailed accounting of the work and deliverables provided. At this point, I cannot recommend The Business Toolkit based on my experience. My advice to anyone considering using their services is to carefully review the contract and make sure every deliverable and approval is documented in writing before making payment.

Thank you for your response. To be clear, I have already attempted to resolve this matter directly with The Business Toolkit and have provided the company with the specific deficiencies and outstanding issues with the website.
At this point, my concern is not a lack of communication or an unwillingness to work through the matter. The issue is that I paid for a completed website and the services delivered did not meet what was represented and agreed upon. I have requested a refund and have provided the company with the opportunity to resolve this directly.
While I appreciate the acknowledgment that my case remains under review, this response does not address the substantive issues I raised or provide a resolution regarding my payment. I remain willing to resolve this professionally and directly, but I will continue pursuing the appropriate avenues available to me if the company refuses to provide a reasonable resolution.
