This was my first time using Stack for my move and I highly recommend it!
It was easy to pack items up into the bins and the movers found it easier to load into truck since all boxes are uniform in size. Then to unpack since you have a deadline, all the boxes get unpack for pick up by the deadline you set. I had a short turn around time on purpose and I was unpacked and put away with two days of my move. Best decision I ever made. Thank you!

Ordering these bins was the best decision ever! Drop-off and pick-up were seamless. Bins were clean and resistant! I would definitely recommend Stack to my friends and family.

Stack made my move super easy! Even the movers loved having the big grain crates to move! Delivered them to me on time so I could pack and then pick them up promptly on time as well. Just so much easier than getting cardboard boxes and taping them up and all that other stuff that makes moving hard. I would definitely use these guys again, and as a real estate broker, will recommend them to my clients. Highly recommend Stack.

This is an incredible service! They are very efficient, kind & have great communication. The boxes were a huge help with our move! Not having to build up cardboard boxes & then figure out what to do with them post move was a huge relief.

The bins themselves were great and were amazing for our move. This review is solely about the service provided with the bins. No one reached out before our drop off or pick up date, so absolutely no way to plan my workday around that. Drop off day of I did get a call giving me a delivery window, good thing I was working from home that day since the window was roughly 5 hours. Bins came to my front door for this drop off, with a 15 minute heads up. Still had stickers from the last move on them and they definitely were not sanitized. Pick up day comes and again no day before warning, I got another 5 hour delivery window, with a 5 minute warning before they got there with a request for me to bring them down to his truck in the parking garage. So I had to end my work call with a client and go and find this guy to bring the bins to him, he had my apartment number so not sure why this was necessary. We have elevators and ramps not a single stair would have been stepped on. Bins themselves 8 stars, service 0 stars.

Great experience! Totes were less stressful than boxes, stack better and no worries about discarding boxes when done moving. The price is fair and service on point. The totes were delivered to my garage and picked up in another city after my move. Highly recommend this service.

My boyfriend found Stack on Facebook and decided to give it a try with our upcoming move since it seemed much easier than dealing with boxes. Communication was perfect! Crates were perfect! Everything was easy and not one hiccup with anything. Would highly recommend.

This was hands down the easiest move I've ever had. From the initial drop-off to the pickup after I unpacked, the entire process was seamless. I kept thinking, "Why didn't someone come up with this years ago?"

As someone who has worked in the multifamily industry for years and deals with move-ins and move-outs every day, I can honestly say this solves so many problems. No mountains of cardboard, no broken boxes, no tape, no hauling empty boxes to the compactor or recycling, and no waste. The boxes were sturdy, clean, easy to stack, and made packing and unpacking so much simpler.

The convenience alone is worth it, but the environmental benefit is a huge bonus. I recommend Stack to anyone who's moving, whether it's across town or just down the hall.

Huge shoutout to the Stack team for creating such a smart solution. You made moving so much less stressful!

* Arranged to have boxes delivered on Monday. No-one showed up and no communication.
* Eventually they apologized and said they would be delivered on Tuesday, again, no-one showed up and nothing was communicated.

Save your money and go elsewhere they're a waste of time!

I’ve completed my second major house move with Stacks and cannot imagine moving any other way. The process is smooth, the team is great, the bins are big and sturdy. I haven’t had a single broken item or issue. I cannot recommend Stacks enough.

I started packing my stuff in cardboard boxes, but after discovering this service, I made the transition. This is such a brilliant concept. The crates are easy to pack and stackable. The only downside was that we needed to unpack them right away or else we would have to add a week to our agreement; however, maybe that is a benefit because if we had packed it all in cardboard boxes, those boxes would still be stacked in our new house and we would procrastinate. We will definitely use Stack for all future moves!

I was so excited to find this company. I hate taping up a million boxes and then having to break them all down, plus all of the waste. The plastic boxes are more rigid, so we packed a little less carefully than we would have with cardboard and everything arrived safely at the new house. Lastly, we had to keep the boxes for an extra week and modifying the dates and communicating with their team for questions could not have been easier. Really happy with this service and highly recommend to anyone wanting a less stressful move.

Seamless. Crates delivered and picked up as scheduled. Jorge was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Took some of the stress out of the moving experience.

The bins make moving so much easier! No need to buy cardboard and tape or deal with recycling process after the move. My move was clean and organized thanks to these bins! Love the rolling carts!

I had a fantastic experience with Stack moving bins. Without a doubt, this has been the best method to move that I've ever used! Not only do they stack perfectly without collapsing like cardboard boxes would, but the shape and size is perfect for just about anything.

I used them for clothes that I kept on the hanger instead of wardrobe boxes (PERFECT), I used them for pantry items without needing to bag them, toiletries, kids toys...EVERYTHING.

My only gripes? They're heavy. Even while empty, much heavier than a cardboard box is. And the size that is such a huge advantage when packing, is exactly the width of a hallway once my hands are holding each side. What a terrible size to have chosen - this means my poor hands and elbows got bruised and banged up when walking through doorways, hallways, everywhere. Ouch. The final complaint is that the dollies are completely useless - I wanted to love them, and really wanted to use them to save my back, but with steps up a threshold and uneven driveways, they're just impossible to push along with the bins without tipping over or becoming completely stuck. If you're moving with elevators and long indoor hallways of an apartment, it makes more sense to use the dollies.

Aside from these small complaints, I seriously can't imagine using any other method to move again.

I recently decided to give Stack a try. I was moving from one apartment to another in Washington, DC. The crates were delivered as scheduled and were in great condition. I managed to fill all 15 crates which my moving company moved to the new apartment. I even used three of them a second time to clear out the final items from my refrigerator as well as other last minute type items. They totally met my expectations and made this one of my easiest moves ever!

I would definitely recommend using Stack versus using cardboard boxes which are aggravating (and occasionally painful to deal with). You don't have worry with recycling Stack and they pick them up at your new location when your move is complete and you get a full days to use them.

I promise you will be as pleased as I am with the experience!
