Book nooks are my new addiction. I'm trying kits from different brands, and rolife is fantastic! I try to spend at least half an hour a day to work on it, and I'm planning to build at least 10 of these.
Clear instructions, most pieces are dry assembled (no glue required I don't know the technical term) and the details are great.

Beautiful looking product. Instructions concise.
Unfortunately, the parts were very fragile and flimsy. Kits are overpriced.

I've been collecting the Rolife Super Creator kits for years and planned to fill an entire bookshelf wall with them. I even got my mom hooked on them and have recommended them to friends, but after this experience, I'm reconsidering.

A little over a month ago, I was trying to order two of the new Super Creator kits and they had a small promo running for a percentage off, I think 10%. I also had a reward coupon in my account for $5 off $30+ that does not expire; when I tried to apply it, the site gave me an error. I tried a different browser and ensured my order qualified and everything, still nothing, so I emailed Rolife Customer Service. Less than 48 hours later, they responded and told me to just go ahead and place the order without the code applied, provide them the order number and they'd just process a refund for the discount after the fact. Simple enough - I placed the order that day and sent them the info, as *they told me to*. Never heard back, so I followed up again on Aug 11. And again on Aug 17. No response whatsoever to any of the 3 emails I've sent since their initial response, it's been a month since I placed the order.

Obviously it's only $5, but it's the fact that they told me to place the order without the discount, promising they'd refund me after the fact, and have since gone completely quiet. It's incredibly shady and dishonest and it just doesn't make me feel good about buying from them. I won't be buying them anymore, unfortunately, or recommending them to friends or family.

I loved the theme. It was fun to build.

The products are very enjoyable. That being said the only dissappointment is some kits the instructions could be clearer. The corner tavern kit had excellent instruction. All the kits should use the instruction from the corner bar as a baseline standard when developing instructions.

This review is specifically for the Steam Journey puzzle. The station, track and passenger car went together fairly well. Only broke two parts during the assembly of those pieces, which I was able to repair with glue. The locomotive was the real challenge. First, the double-sided tape provided was useless at holding parts in place. Then, the tabs to hold the chassis to the locomotive base didn't align, so they needed some serious sanding to get them to fit. The final straw was trying to pin a side rod into place. The pin didn't align with the hole on the locomotive. During the struggle to get the pin in, the locomotive slipped and fell onto the floor. This broke several locomotive pieces beyond repair. The puzzle parts seemed really fragile. Perhaps I just had a defective kit? After this experience, I definitely wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this outfit.

We have ordered from Rolife a few times and have always gotten our orders in a timely fashion.

Wisdom Stationery Shop is my 19th Rolife miniature (14 first time which I have kept) and 5 duplicates which I have given away). Every Rolife miniature I have built has been a wonderful experience but my 19th - The Wisdom Stationery Shop is absolutely amazing. The attention to detail is always excellent with Rolife but the Stationery Shop tops them all. As always, the instructions take the builder safely through any tricky parts. The parts themselves are beautifully engineered. Rolife really has excellent products at very reasonable prices.

Perfect customer service. Just from a photo, they send you everything that might had broken. You can feel that they love the hobby. All sets are great and super nice quality.

I am 85 yrs. old and used to build model airplanes when I was a lot younger out of balsa wood and tissue paper. This had a lot of similarities. I really enjoyed doing it again. Will be working on the next one soon.

This was so cute and easy to assemble. Instructions were clear and easy to follow.

A wonderful and challenging model with an impressively detailed description of how to assemble it. Although the description manual does say that no tools are required. I would definitely recommend that one does use them, as they first of all ensure a better grip on the component to be assembled and secondly enable one to apply an equal and evenly distributed pressure on to the item into which the component is to be inserted.
The same recommendation is made by ROLIFE as regards glue. Again I would definitely use it as the adhesive strips aren’t always sufficient in (e.g. the hubcaps that are to be placed on each of the wheels).
Personally I would find the Coffee truck too difficult for a 14 year old……the minimum recommended age for assembling the model.
Still. A great model and really most enjoyable to build.

I am on my twelfth DG Series room kit. I work in the 1:18 scale. I've had to request replacement parts for warped pieces, missing pieces, and for pieces I snapped during assembly. Not once was my request for replacement parts turned down. The response time was lightening fast, professional and polite. I will continue to purchase Rolife kits as soon as new arrivals come out. I am currently working on the Haunted Candy House that just came out. It is my favorite kit so far! I love Rolife and will not buy kits from any other companies. Rolife is the best in design, materials and adorable accessories.

The mini garden house is coming together wonderfully. There was 1 wooden piece that is broken, but other than that I can only say good things about this product. The instructions are precise & the illustrations as well ! The packaging is another exceptional layer to this product. All of the above being so very important to a creation like this. This is my first experience with a miniature & it is very enjoyable! I highly recommend these for anyone interested in such a project. Thank you!

This was a gift for my brother it was the library, he loves it, I knew something like this would be suitable. He thought it was really cool & had it put together within 2 days!

I really enjoy these kits. The building process is detailed and incredibly satisfying. Even though no one else will notice all the tiny details in the finished model, you get to appreciate every little element as you put it together, which makes the experience so rewarding.

My only feedback is that the kit should include glue, or at the very least clearly advise customers to purchase some before starting. It only comes with double-sided tape, which isn't strong enough to securely hold some of the plastic pieces, such as the flowers, watering can and other small accessories.
