Good product highly rated by others. Easy website ordering. Free and fast delivery by EVRI. Good packaging, despatch and delivery communications. Good assembly instructions and very strong and stable horses. Not much else I can say!

The Rocwood battery-powered pole trimmer and saw arrived within three days. It was easy to assemble and, for a pole hedge trimmer, is well balanced and easy to handle. It worked very well during my initial short test.
It appears to be excellent value for money and a practical, useful garden tool. The service from this efficient and helpful UK company was also excellent.
I am very pleased with my purchase.

Not too sure.
I’ve used this today for the first time and I’m not too sure what I think of it. I like how portable it is but find the power is pretty low. Especially when rinsing the soap off.

Very poor customer service, and try blaming you for faults when products clearly not fit for purpose, gone through two hoses on a petrol pressure washer and only used 5/6 times, avoid at all cost buy elsewhere

Just bought the electric start spray washer
Just bought the electric start washer. What an engineering disaster this is. Designed on Friday and built on a saturday. Utter clueless design and more start procedures than launching the space shuttle and still can’t start it. So this pile of rubbish is going back. Update to Rocwood this is about your product how rubbish it is and its design if flawed nothing to do with the retailer

Instruction manual was useless
Instruction manual was useless. clamp handle hits the chain saw body when I try to tighten it in the saw guard, so will have to purchase a eye bolt as support were not very helpful when contacted
