Great Product
Great Product. Sturdy. Documentation on how to put it together could be improved though. Images lack clarity and instructions vague in areas. Suggest a video tutorial. Using Evri as the courier was disappointing. The first attempt was a failed delivery from Evri where the product was late, then damaged beyond repair. Had to order again and the next delivery was also late but arrived with just a damaged box this time. Overall though, can't fault the product.

Sorry to hear you are unhappy with your experience with us. As stated to you in an email. This was bought near enough 18 months ago, this is outside the warranty period. It could be a simple fault like a switch or something like that, to something more extreme like the motor being worn out.

Pressure washer
I ordered a presure washer around 12months ago to start a little business and ordered a few accessories to go with it ie extra hose length and lance add ons and I have to say im impressed with it the price was good and it does the job with ease if I had to be picky the only issue I have with it is the hose is extremely stiff and likes to coil up on its self apart from that I would recommend all day long great product and great service A+

Rocwood Stole my photos
Rocwood Stole two of my photos. They removed my watermark and re edited the images and used them to promote the sale of their electric winches. They failed to gain my permission nor pay for the licensing to use the images and therefore commited copyright infringement.

Avoid purchasing a Rocwood mixer. Its dreadful quality renders it ineffective for its intended use. The control wheel's weld failed twice immediately without any use, and the motor struggles after handling just two buckets of sand. This product is completely ineffective.

Ordered a winch!
Ordered a winch, told it was picked and despatched then two days later received an email with apology that they couldn't send as it wasn't available to pick from warehouse shelf! now have to wait for best part of a month to get money back into a usable account which was put on a credit card so they cost me extra interest also as well as wasting my time and effort!

Engine is a bit noisy
Engine is a bit noisy, and the high pressure hose has small and large ends,
I would have preferred a hose with with large ends, now I have to buy additional adaptors to convert or change the lance.
Other than that seems like a good powerful machine
