Courses do not deliver what was promised in sales pages and via email queries
After extensive back and forth emails about Rewire's offering for therapists and coaches, I purchased their professional program. I was told that in addition to the course content showing somatic practices etc, there was an extra layer with professional guidance that would describe how to use these practices in sessions with my clients. Upon purchasing, I discovered this was not the case at all. They did apologise and said they'd got it wrong, but would not consider a partial rebate to correct the mistake they made. The manager also refused to contact me directly, so I am left dealing with the "customer happiness officer" Isabella, who is the person who made the mistake in the first place. The sales page also offers a "complimentary trauma healing roadmap", valued at over $2000. This turned out to be a 2 minute video describing how you can do all of their courses in a specific order. I raised this with them and they claim there's nothing that says the roadmap is any separate thing: rather, it's their own idea of healing trauma in a specific order (which is empirically rubbish and just something they've made up) - I told them that calling it a complimentary inclusion implies that it's a separate, additional thing, but they refused to see it that way. They did offer a total refund. But I purchased the content for a reason and did not wish to have my access revoked, only a partial refund to acknowledge that I paid for things that were promised but not delivered. I find this company to lack integrity and customer care. A reputable company would make amends for its own error, and would respect the customer by reaching out personally ( I was told the manager "prefers not to communicate with customers" - I find this appalling). As for the bundle of courses themselves, they are videos containing different somatic practices, taught by different people, with no cohesion or outcome of the course, and the videos are REPEATED MULTIPLE TIMES across the different courses. So, the same practice learned in one course appears again and again in other courses. So this idea that you're getting a big library of distinct practices is also a lie. The only reason I want to keep my purchase is for the Arial Schwartz course, which is only included in the professional bundle. Otherwise I find the sales pages misleading, the audio quality extremely poor, the reused content lazy and cheap, and the customer service dire. I would not recommend purchasing from Rewire Therapy.
