It made it eventually, was getting worried on the delivery date. My problems are with the engineering of the SepNGo. The seat removal process needs to go back to the drawing board. My previous scooter was a Phoenix HD3, and the seat disasembly was a piece of cake. On the StepNGo it is hard to balance on the step and hold the handle bar at the same time, which old people (who are buying these things) have a hard time with balance. The seat post is 1/2 inch too high and prevents the tiller from locking into horizontal place. Now I have to find a mechanical shop and shorten the seat post by 1/2 inch. And the pinch point at the bottom (again old people have trouble bending down) of the seat post. Also the tiller has no handle on the front to lift the scooter into the car trunk. I had to make one with a 3 foot whip and hose clamp to have something to hold on to to lift the front end into the trunk. A lady was watching me remove the StepNGO today and she was impressed at how small and light the scooter is. She wants to buy one for her mother. So I gave her your website and price for the StepNGo. But I didn't tell her about the added 2 items (front handle, shorter seat post), maybe you can sell an "Easy Lift" mod kit to help out old people. Very nice Scooter 41 lbs vs old 77 lbs for the Phoenix HD3. Went from a two person job to a one person lift. Thanks, Ken

The customer service from Alto Med Supply was fantastic. We had some complications with delivery timing and Jean at Alto Med was helpful and flexible. We were able to delay the bed delivery until we were able to accomodate it.

Extremely disappointing experience

I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service and such a frustrating ordering process. The product information provided was unclear and misleading, and I was left dealing with a situation where over $1,500 was taken from my account while I received no product.

Trying to get this resolved has been an absolute nightmare. I have spent countless hours contacting customer service, explaining the same situation repeatedly, and fighting to get money returned for an order that was never successfully delivered to me.

What is most upsetting is the lack of accountability and the way customers are treated after payment is taken. A company’s true customer service shows when something goes wrong, and this experience has shown a complete lack of urgency, communication, and support.

I strongly encourage anyone considering ordering from Alto Med Supply to do extensive research first. My experience has been incredibly stressful, financially damaging, and one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

The chair is amazing. Not only is it small and foldable, it’s also comfortable. Its maneuverability is also a plus. Today I spent an hour in cavernous Costco, navigating among throngs of shoppers and tight turns at corners. Sure beats the store’s clunky motorized carts that always seem to run out of power at the worst possible moment. The product has a shocking sticker price, but I decided to take the plunge anyway. Good move.

Company has good communication and follow thru. Appreciate their assistance finding the answer to several questions prior to ordering an Enbio.

I was overjoyed with the timely arrival of my purchase. It was easy to unpack and I felt the packaging of all the smaller items that came along was solid and secure which was very nice to see. The bed frame was too heavy for me to carry on my own but luckily I was able to coax a friend into helping me on short notice! The only installation I had to do were the hand rails and that went smoothly thanks to the bright orange "proper installation" notices. I ordered the voice actuation feature and have been pleased for the most part, my only complaint is that the words spoken by the user must be loud, clear and accurate which has caused us a little trouble due to my husbands weak voice box due to his illness. The wireless remote is a must, the flashlight feature on it is brilliant. The underbed lighting is great, the motion sensing feature is invaluable! I do wish the default light brightness was a bit softer.

They were very friendly and helpful when I called. The piece I needed was delivered promptly. I would highly recommend.
