Waste of money. You are just redirected to other websites where you have to pay another fee. No point in using. Besides that I cannot use the "contact" / "react on this house" functionality on my phone. You remain on the same page. No customer service functionality found...

Rentumo is a search platform that brings together rental listings from hundreds of different websites to save users time and effort. Some listings do redirect to the original advertiser’s site, as they manage their own contact process and sometimes require separate registration. We understand this can be frustrating, and we’re continually improving how we display this information to make it clearer.

The site was easy to use and there were many listings that I had not seen on other platforms. I also received immediate notifications when there were new listings that met my search criteria. As these were sent immediately after the properties were posted, it allowed me to respond very fast to the listings I was interested in. The support team was also quick at responding and answering any queries.

What went wrong? Everything went wrong. This is not a real website, nor do they provide a real service. Please do not sign up to the service that does not exist. They will take money from your account and if you try to cancel they will ask you to do a 5 star review (this is bribing and illegal) for the refund to take place. Do NOT believe the 5 star reviews for this company, they are fake.
Do not trust this service. There are plenty of legal companies willing to help you. Stay far away from Rentumo

To clarify: Rentumo is a legitimate service that scans over 400 rental websites daily to help users find housing faster. Our users receive alerts within 30 seconds of new listings going live. Hundreds of people successfully find homes through our platform every month. Many of the 5-star reviews you see are from real users who were happy with the help and support they received.
Regarding refunds: occasionally, as a gesture of goodwill, we offer to waive part of the cost when someone forgot to cancel in time.
