Before declaring bankruptcy we have a service agreement for battery replacement. During the period of waiting for the replacement it suddenly halted as they declare bankruptcy. So my bike was not working due to faulty battery. After a year we notice that QWIC is again operational again and ask them about the battery replacement they say it is no longer valid. It is really ridiculous that they are doing this. I lost trust with this company they could have done better. Nice product but service really sucks!

I was lucky enough to buy the premium Q MN8 Belt, and I can confirm what I'd read about this bike: it's top quality, and its capacities are phenomenal.
What's more, the customer service is responsive and gives good advice. Well done Qwic! (The only downside is that there's no relay in France, so the bike's GPS can't be used. It's a shame)

I bought a Qwic P-MN360 in 2016 and recently the MPF Drive display was damaged. My bike repair shop was unable to find a replacement part. I reached out directly to Qwic, and Marcus Preyer responded right away and advised me of the part # for the updated part so my bike can be repaired. I am very happy with the service I received from Qwic.

I bought my Qwic bike in late 2020 with a 5 year warranty. I have been having issues with the electrics cutting out when I'm cycling and the bike switching off to 'zero' mid-journey. I took it back to the dealer I purchased it from, as it is still within the warranty period. They informed me that QWIC will not honour the warranty and the battery and connection both need replacing and this will cost me over €1,000 when it should be covered by my warranty!!

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer you an extended warranty. We understand that this may be disappointing. After the restart with new shareholders, Qwic has become a new company. In order to continue our services, we now only apply the standard warranty period of 24 months after purchase.
Bike is constantly having problems, and hardly any bike repair shops deal with it. Impossible to find parts.
