I signed up and topped up $10 specifically because ProxySwag's own Cox Communications ISP Proxies page lists Miami as an available city, alongside a claim of "8,703+ dedicated IP addresses" in their network. Based on that, I purchased a single proxy expecting Miami.

I was delivered an IP in Virginia instead. When I contacted support, I was told Miami wasn't in stock, and that despite what's advertised, they only guarantee country-level and ISP (ASN)-level targeting city availability is "a courtesy" when stock happens to exist, not a real deliverable. I asked for a refund since the product didn't match what was advertised, and was told refunds aren't offered.

I sent the direct link to their own page along with the exact text listing Miami under "City Presence" for Cox Communications. Support confirmed it was accurate to their site, but only offered to relay it to their team to "sound more transparent" going forward; no refund, no resolution for the funds already spent.

If a city isn't reliably in stock, it shouldn't be listed as available on the product page; customers are purchasing based on that specific claim. I'd recommend contacting support to confirm real-time stock before ordering, since the website itself is not a reliable source of what they can actually deliver.

I've tried 3 of the most popular proxy providers (i wont be saying names) and all they gave me was a very high fraud score proxy which was in most cases a datacenter. This one is fully dedicated and has 0 fraud score. Yes I was shocked and skeptical first. Would highly recommend opening a ticket and telling when your needs so they can give you the best option.

I had ordered some proxys but they were not working as expected. Luckily though, I was able to select those and replace with the new batch. I liked this a lot and I haven’t seen this feature anywhere else.

Literally the greatest proxy service ever, good prices, 100% uptime, and the support is just the best i've probably ever seen from literally any service provider (proxy or otherwise). I had an issue with the IP that was assigned and they were willing to give me a new fully clean IP that they confirmed with me first and allowed me to run a quality score on it first. I've had a couple problems in my couple months of use and the support always replies within 15 minutes and instantly resolved the issue. They also have good ISPs and the proxies are actually residential and don't get detected as VPNs. I have never left a review on trustpilot but i literally had to just for how good the support is

I wanted about 200 proxies and proxyswag was able to deliver them instantly. Proxies were literally ready to use the next minute! That was very convenient. I also got their volume-discount applied automatically without needing to contact the support!

I specifically needed Fixed Line ISP IPs for my project which many other providers could not promise or offer. But ProxySwag promised and delivered exactly what I was looking for. They have amazing support! I wish they could offer more locations though...

Been using their ISP proxies for more than 2 months now. Proxies haven’t gone down so far and I’m also facing way fewer captchas than with other providers. Price is competitive as well.
