Proxies delivered late

Proxies were not delivered automatically. Had to reach out to staff and took hours for a response. Proxies were delivered 15 minutes prior to the drop I needed them for. Was an inconvenience.

Great support, proxies work

Great support team, helped me switch plans when I realized I needed residential proxies and not datacenter- even though I had started to use the datacenter proxies.

Proxies work as expected, five star experience so far.
