Being the first time I`ve had to…
Being the first time I`ve had to replace a PCM module in a vehicle, which by the way , Dodge quit making it for my model vehicle. Protech was very timely with preparing and shipping the new module.
When I called to verify that they would be able to handle my needs, they were able to simply explain what was needed and would need to be done on my end (which was extremely simple).
% minutes after opening the hood on my truck, I was closing the hood and back on the road withoit the annoying dash lights popping on 3 minutes later

Protech is a good resource that came through
Chris answered the phone and answered questions with knowledge. Received my PCM in good bubble wrapping by UPS, and was installed without issue. So far so good. Pcm is in learning mode now for a 2005 f350 6.0. I did notice right off the shifting timing changed for the better. Hoping it will restore better MPG and healthy operation.

Don’t waste time with other companies. Start with ProTech!
Anymore, Amazon sets the standard for keeping you informed about an order. I was very happy with ProTech. I had to call in my order and I immediately got a live person to help me. After getting all the information on Monday afternoon, I got my tracking info an hour later and my PCM on Saturday. Everything started working right away. All the gauges were accurate and the tranny came out of limp mode and went through all the gears. I am very happy with the service and price from ProTech!
