Beliw is Printerval's policy regarding stolen property being sold on the platform. A complete work of fiction. It's now SEVEN days since I told them I had unwittingly bought stolen goods. Plus I have found another 6 more stores selling stolen goods. So that drivvel below is meaningless. Printerval doesn't care, they're getting money and they don't care that it's being obtained by fraud.

Absolutely disgraceful products. Was sold 2 ‘sweaters’ that turned out to be awful plastic-feeling t-shirts. Cost £61 (with postage) would not be able to give them away! Customer service shocking. I would NOT recommend this company for anything.
Shocking customer service and poor quality clothing. I ordered a Dr Pepper pyjama set the package arrived damaged by Royal Mail with the bottoms missing. I opened up a dispute and submitted all the photographic evidence. And sent an extra five messages asking them to look in to the dispute.This was over a month ago and they just don't respond!!! Stay clear they are a Chinese based company who don't care about their customers
Ordered a T-shirt on 9th December 2024 and it’s now 7th January 2025 and it still hasn’t arrived. Wanted the item for Christmas. I’ve tried contacting them several times via their ticket system, and have had no response at all. Reading the other reviews, I’m beginning to think that this company is a scam. For any new customers thinking of ordering from Printerval, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Even if they are legit, they have NO customer service skills whatsoever and can’t be bothered to respond to emails or support requests. There’s no excuse for this! Have requested a refund as I no longer want to purchase the T-shirt from this company, but I doubt I’ll get my money back. If anyone knows how to report this company, please confirm as they should be reported as illegitimate / scam. If no response from Printerval in the next 5 days, l will report them to Trading Standards in the meantime in the hope of further investigation in to this company.
