We worked with Mehdi, and he was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He was clear in his communication through the process, his sage advice and suggestions were useful and based on what works, and he was always quickly responsive to queries. We felt reassured that the process was going to plan while working with Mehdi.

Pretto's electronic interface was also simple to use and completely clear, and you felt more in control of the process than working with forms sent back and forth like other brokers. It also felt faster to achieve the result, but obviously I cannot validate that observation. We are overall very pleased with Pretto and Mehdi!

Excellent follow-up and good communication

We were working for a second time with mr Alban and he is so efficient and fast it is just impressive! If we buy our third flat /house we will definitely go back to mr Alban! I highly recommend him

Mehdi at Pretto helped us get our first mortgage in France. He took the time to explain everything to us and support us through the process. He got us a much quicker response than we were able to through the bank and at a much better rate. Highly recommended.

Constant helped me through all the steps and thanks to him, I got a loan far quicker than if I had done the steps myself. He also got me a loan with terms that I never imagined that I could ever get in France. If you pass through Pretto, I hope you end up with Constant.

I don't speak french and having someone that spoke english to help me through an already highstakes and stressful procedure was invaluable. Thanks to our broker we managed to put down an offer on the house we wanted before the other people interested and got it. Without her we would have certainly been late as it would have taken us double the time just to get an appointment with a bank to get the documents needed.
She was always patient and quick to respond to our emails and questions.
We also encountered various problems and having her on our side, knowing we could trust her, was priceless

The broker spoke english, which was incredibly helpful as my wife doesn't speak french. We needed help navigating moving to a new country and our broker was patient and worked hard to help us. Without them we wouldn't have been able to buy our house.

Despite the positive reviews it seemed our agent was unprepared for the interview which lasted five minutes. I find it hard to understand how Pretto is a resource for expats when we were told there was zero chance of approval because we are only on a VLS-TS visa. I took the time to carefully assemble the dossier, the web site advised we were fundable, and our immigration status was fully disclosed. I understand it is a tough market for expats but the finances were there, it just felt like we were not worth any effort whatsoever.
