Would 100% recommend Laurent, our Pretto expert, for your project, he has been (and still is) amazing! We had quite a special file (with two non-French buyers) but he knew from the beginning exactly how to proceed with our profiles and got us a very competitive offer - and with that, our dream house!

As a first-time buyer in France and an English speaker, navigating the mortgage process can be quite daunting. Margaux was professional, responsive and supportive throughout.

Our advisor, Laurent was always available and explained everything to us so clearly. He made time to ensure that we clearly understood each step and was a wonderful intermédiaire to speak to banks, notaires and agents. I would highly recommend his services to anybody and he has not only got us an improved rate and reduced fees but made the whole experience a lot less stressful throughout.
