No one warned me that if I didn't call before I drove from Chippewa Falls to Eau Claire that no one would be in the shop. No lights on, door locked at 9:33 a.m. which are OPEN hours. I left a message as to why no one was at the shop and then drove to Tru-Lock to have the red carpet rolled out for me. Pop A Lock's excuse was, "We were helping others." Anyone in business in this day and age has to have someone physically in the business during open hours. I have never, EVER heard or anyone operating this way. If you don't have enough employees then you should hire someone to be at the counter to at least take orders, etc...or maybe you shouldn't be in business. This experience will get back to Kenny when I tell him what happened. His shop is always open and someone is always available to assist customers over the phone or from in off the street. Not a great way to do business with the public and you lost money today for the replacement of my key for $180 plus. Good riddance to bad rubbish is all I can say on this topic.

Never thought I will need a locksmith but needed one today 8/15. I called Pop-a-lock and they came by within an hour. The tech Tyler was respectful, he did his job fast and gave me some nice pointers.

from mansfield, tx i started talking with customer rep and he indicated we had a bad connection. sensing we could not clearly communicate i hung up and immediately redialed. while going thru their menu he called back. i answered, but he was clearly upset thinking i hung up. i asked why he had an apparent "put out" attitude and he said "well, you hung up on me". noticing his call was from houston i asked how this processed worked and told him i was in the process of restarting the call when he called back. he explained with a continued angry "tone". i asked again why the attitude. he said if i continue "my attitude " he's going to end the call. i agreed we needed to end the call and disconnected. terrible

Pop a lock provided an excellent swift service at the weekend securing our rental property after a problem occured with the locks. There was no mess or fuss, or waiting all day. Kathy just got the job done. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Mom got a flat tire and her insurance company sent Pop-A-Lock. I thought they only did lock services. They sent Jeff Kohel of Newark, Delaware and he did a fantastic job, and arrived quickly! Kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and had the tire changed in no time. I highly recommend him, and Pop-A-Lock of Newark, Delaware!

Steve turned up on time, fully equipped with the correct key and transponder for my motorhome. Cut the keys and programmed the transponders successfully and then helped me with the motorhome alarm. Great service from a lovely guy!

I’m a property manager. Called this company as tenant arrived home from trip and realized she didn’t have keys. They said someone would be there within a hour. Great, right? NOT! Hour went by and called back. Was told no one had picked up the ticket so I needed to call another locksmith as they didn’t have anyone. Now we’re looking at another hour. Don’t waste your time call a reputable business That knows how to run a business.
