UPDATE: Got wrong ordered Planet Cyclery MADE GOOD!!!
UPDATE: Planet Cyclery made good on my order mishap. Shipped me as much of my order as was still available (as of today I don’t have it yet, but I trust the tracking info). They gave me a refund for what was missing - and handled another layer of inconvenience I had like pros!! I will shop here again and really appreciate this level of customer service when something goes wrong!
ORIG STRUGGLE:
I received someone else’s order and then was told my order is partially sold out (??). I still haven’t received a refund or any items. Customer service was friendly and apologetic, but only sent me a label to send back the wrong order. I have no resolution or refund for my order still. Disappointing and frustrating to say the least.
