Still haven’t got my order. I’m tired of waiting. It’s not my fault one of the items never gets delivered to them. I did ask if they can ship the other 2 things that is in, got a no have to wait for the last thing. And the estimate delivery to me is 29/01/2026. It’s still not shipped to me. Did check on the items when it should be delivered to me from order date. It’s insanely slow. And I need the other 2 things like yesterday.
I am very happy with the product and your quick service.
Slow shipping, difficult to get the return ticket, even slower feedback on return.

Horrible Experience – Stay Away!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is an absolute disaster to deal with. I returned an order TWO MONTHS ago, and they have done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. My package is still stuck at PostNord’s export terminal because Petster refuses to provide the necessary documentation.
I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times, and the lack of response or accountability is staggering. PostNord has confirmed over and over that it’s Petster’s responsibility to fix this, yet nothing happens. They’re quick to take your money but apparently incapable of handling basic returns.
Their service is not only slow—it’s nonexistent. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this company at all costs. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
1 star is too generous for this mess.

We received a raincoat for our son's pet which was damaged. After reviewing the photo they refunded our cost and allowed us to keep the product anyway.
The product was falling apart when it arrived and they took weeks to respond/create a refund. I won’t ever buy with them again.
Ordered a cat shelter. 4 weeks later I still have no product nor any indication of when I will receive my order.
From order to shipping tok about 2 weeks, I have not received it yet.
The quality is very nice, Easy to build and place. My cat uses it everyday/everynight. Very useful in rainy or windy days. My cat is happy 😊
I still haven’t found a toy from Kong that my dog doesn’t eat, and he’s vomiting lots after only small pieces.
Stay away from this store. First of all their stock status is obviously just for show, as they did not have what I ordered. Secondly, they provide little to no feedback, except if you ask for it. I placed my order over a month ago, and I have not seen any updates during the past 14 days on what is going on. The icing on the cake is their shipping fee, which is just ridiculous.
