Very thorough and professional. I appreciate that they require actual lab work and a medical review instead of just selling products. The process is a bit slower because of the testing, but it’s worth it for the peace of mind and safety

Customer service is best accessed via email. I have never reached a person on the telephone and call backs are very slow. Once you do reach someone, they seem more interested in gaslighting than anything else. I would not recommend them.

Very disappointing experience. PeterMD may be cheaper, but the customer service and medication management have been terrible. I’ve spent weeks getting conflicting answers and chasing support over a medication issue that was supposedly already approved. I’d rather pay more for a TRT provider where I can reach real people and actually get medication issues resolved. You get what you pay for.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Peter MD. Even after 4 months of treatment, my testosterone levels were still sitting at only 400, showing no meaningful progress. When I reached out to discuss these poor lab results and get proper medical guidance, the support team was completely unhelpful. Given the lack of results and inadequate follow-up, I requested a refund, but they have been unresponsive and unwilling to resolve the issue fairly. The lack of clinical care and refusal to process my refund are completely unacceptable. I do not recommend their service.

On June 26, 2026, I trusted PeterMD with my highly sensitive medical labs and personal information to secure my medical prescriptions, paying $1,658.64 upfront via credit card. Despite immediately fulfilling my patient obligations and giving them access to my private records, I never received the medications I paid for. As of today, August 11, 2026, PeterMD has held my money for 46 days without shipping the product or providing the service, resulting in an unfulfilled order and a severe breach of consumer trust.

They are happy to take your money but will not follow up with service. They have gotten me for $1400 dollars this year and I am unable to receive my medication and they will not respond to emails, calls or texts.

Terrible experience with Peter MD. I signed up at $99/month, then got charged $144 and only afterward was told $99 was an introductory rate. They took the $144 without providing shipping confirmation or tracking, and I still haven't received my medication. I also couldn't get through by phone because of “calling restrictions.”

For a company handling prescription medication, this level of billing transparency and communication is unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend them.

Started out great. Paid the start up fees for two months and sent my lab results. Two months later I get charged for my monthly TRT prescription, but they don’t send it. Not recommended

Great company

I had to move and leave my old urologist behind (sad to see him go), but I've been on the same treatment plan, pretty stable, for about the past 5 years. The process was very simple. The dashboard is nice (I would have loved to had that if I was a new patient, or new to TRT), the call with the doc was simple enough. We reviewed my previous labs, current scripts, and it was just that easy. Now I don't have to worry about losing a doctor anymore when I move, or I'm out of town, and it's a good price point. Customer support is friendly, and they always get right back to me with any questions/concerns. The only thing they could do better...is if they could hand deliver a girlfriend to my door. Now THAT would be some great service. But short of that, they do everything else on point. I've never been with an online company before, but...I can't imagine there being a better one than this (which, is obviously why I picked them)...unless, anybody knows of any that also can help me with the girlfriend thing, lol...no seriously. They are great, and I do have a strong background in medicine (completed MS1 and MS2 years of medical school before dropping out and going into business for myself), so I have a strong understanding of medications, etc... they're totally legit.

The website has a cool design but uploading my lab documents on mobile was a bit clunky. Had to try twice. On the bright side, the support team is fast.. they emailed me back almost instantly to help me finish the process.
