Easy to navigate website, accurate descriptions, reasonable postage charges, well packaged and quick delivery. My purchase was a Coastal dog lead. This is one of the few places these days that you can purchase a simple double layer dog lead from that is good quality and well stitched. Previous orders have also been similarly easy to make and delivered with the same efficiency.
