Return Request & Issue
Return Request & Issue: I requested a return/refund after receiving a size 42 waist jeans instead of the size 36 ordered.
Self-Courier Requirement: Pepe Jeans informed me that your pincode (411009) was non-serviceable for return pickup and requested you to courier the product to their Bhiwandi warehouse, despite delivery occurring at the same address. They stated they would reimburse courier charges up to ₹100 upon receipt.
Dispatch & Proof of Delivery: I couriered the item on October 10, 2026, for ₹150 and shared the courier docket photo with customer care.
Current Status & Support Details: As of October 21, 2026, I have sent multiple follow-ups requesting status updates on the refund and attempted to reach customer care by phone, but I have not received any further communication from them.

Disappointed with the quality decline. I’ve recently ordered Venus jeans. I have always ordered this type in the short leg. I ordered and returned two pairs of the straight style as they were too long, and then finally found a pair that fit me. Only for the belt hoop to come unattached the first time I put them on! For such an expensive brand I’m disappointed the sizing is off and the quality is getting poor.

This is the second time I have tried to buy jeans from Pepe and the delivery has taken ages. It is very difficult to contact customer services outside standard 9- 5 working hours. The tracking updates are also insufficient. It's a shame - Pepe Jeans are really good but there's no point offering seasonal discounts to UK buyers if your delivery company can't deliver the goods.
