Just had a lovely phone call with a lady named Dawn Courtney. She was very friendly and very helpful. I called to change my policy as I have just moved home and she was able to change my policy very quickly and was very easy to talk to! Definitely an asset to Payment shield!

Martin was excellent over the phone. He was patient with me but also directly to the point with what was needed throughout the call. He was very helpful with any questions I had and on the whole Paymentshield have been excellent with communication. I would recommend.

I was just like to say hannah bowers was genuinely so sweet and calm the whole time, she reworded sentences for me and kept reassuring me. Overall this call was really helpful and I got everything sorted, I also felt comfortable enough to ask futher question whilst speaking with her.

Premiums are over priced and you don't get a full refund if the policy auto renews and you provide the evidence you had other cover in place.

Excellent experience with Dawn Courtney following a call to cancel my policy and inform Payment Shield that it was a policy that should ended over a year ago. Before I even tried to request a refund I was in informed that I just send to submit the required evidence and I would refunded. If only all customer service could follow suit in such a pleasant, proactive and helpful Manner ? this is what corporate customer service should look like - Thank you Dawn.
