Thank you for your response, but simply refunding my money after ruining the purpose of my purchase is not an acceptable solution.
I buy perfumes regularly and shop online almost every week. In all these years, I have never experienced such poor customer service from any retailer.
Your customer support repeatedly sent the same generic email instead of providing real updates. Even worse, during one of my phone calls, your customer service representative ended the call while I was still speaking. That level of customer care is completely unacceptable.
You only refunded my order after my birthday gift had already been ruined. A refund at that point does not compensate me for the wasted time, frustration, and disappointment caused by your service. If your courier had lost the parcel, that should have been communicated promptly instead of leaving customers without any information.
Where is the compensation for the inconvenience and for ruining a time-sensitive purchase?
I have already filed a complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) regarding this matter. I will also make sure my friends and family know about my experience so they can make informed decisions before purchasing from your company.
A refund was the minimum you were required to provide. It does not erase the poor customer service and the inconvenience I experienced.
