I had ordered 3 products and when I got…

I had ordered 3 products and when I got them 1 was empty! They told me they wouldn't send me a new one because I hadn't alerted them on the first day the products arrived to my house!! I did explain that I didn't start using the cremes that day that but they didn't care!! Never again!!№ dell'ordine: 1644168576-0702 and as I also stated when contacting makeup.it, I was very clear in having had the cream for a few day but not using it!!! I used the other products!!! The day cream I have had for a few days before using it and finding out it was empty

Per quanto ci risulta lei ha effettuato un ordine sul nostro sito a inizio Febbraio di 3 prodotti, 2 dei quali dello stesso prodduttore. I 2 prodotti (dello stesso produttore) erano entrambi siggillati, cosa da lei confermata, pertanto impossibile che siano già stati utilizzati da un altro cliente. Avendo la stessa quantità, era abbastanza facile notare la discrepenza nella quantità pertanto aprire un reclamo immediatamente.

Nella sua recensione sostiene che uno dei prodotti sia vuoto, cosa non veridica, in quanto nella discussione con il nostro manager sostiene di aver utilizzato tale prodotto per diversi giorni.

In base alla mancanza di ulteriore prove, il suo reclamo non poteva essere chiuso in suo favore.

I'm very disappointed.Never buy againn

I'm very disappointed. I bought j'adore Dior set ,it came only with plastic cover, without safety packaging. The perfume supposed to be eau de parfum. In reality it doesn't have any similarity with original scent, that I had and lasts only 5 minutes. They claimed is original, but batch codes can be faked ...also , I provided many details why I'm not satisfied with quality of products, but they don't care. Makeup.it, enjoy 70 euros of cheated client... with such attitude you won't last long.
To other people i want to leave a warning: try to avoid to buy perfumes on this website, is impossible to come to an agreement with this seller.

My products arrived in 2 days, I was very surprised!
The company is registered in Poland so I got some product in Polish description, but it doesn't bother me. And very competitive price, all the products are original.

Totally recommend.

I bought from this website multiple time. Everytime I received my items within a week. I love how the requirements for free shipping are lower than most sites that selling the same products. All fragrances are genuine with excellent price tag. I will keep buying from this site.

Price changed after transaction was declined

Price changed after transaction was declined.
I wanted to buy a perfume that was out of stock, so I give my email to be updated once it's in stock again.

After a couple of weeks I receive an email that the perfume is back in stock at 64euro for 100ml so I proceed to buy it right away.
Unfortunately for some reason the transaction doesn't go through, so I leave it for a couple of hours and try again in the evening only to find out that the perfume is now 87 euros.

I email them and they begin to give me excuse like "price increase is due to polish currency conversion" then another time they tell me "it depends on the size of the perfume", while I had already sent them screen shot of their email and my declined transaction showing that the perfume was the same brand and size.

Awful experience mostly for the reply of their customer service - just don't reply if you think your customers are stupid enough not to think you simply increased the price.
I have screenshots to prove everything so please don't try to deny it.
