Item sold as 3 gallon but it was obvious they were field grown and placed in a 3 gal pot with a lot of very loose soil, but they do seem very healthy.

Company offers an expensive warranty on very expensive plants. Warranty is good for only 90 days. If plants, including perennials, purchased have a quality issue beyond 90 days, you're out of luck. This is the second time they burned me with poor quality products. Shame on me for giving them another try. Just don't - I'm out $100's for two expensive plants that lasted one season. They just said sorry - again

Both bushes arrived as described but very stressed and wilted. Working with them now to help them rebound prior to planting. I will update the post once they are strong enough to plant.

Honestly not very helpful!! The dirt came 10 days after the plant. I also called in for information and the person I spoke with was in such a hurry he acted as though I was annoying him. I probably will not buy from you again!

I order one bush, 3 gallon. It was packaged well and in great condition. I ordered another one. Very healthy and thriving bushes.

Sent a very descriptive email to the company stating that I didn't receive the variety of plant that I paid for, $108.00. Shipping was excellent and it arrived in very good condition. When I opened the box, it ended up being a single blossom Mockorange plant instead of a double blossom Mockorange, which was stated on their website for this specific plant description and photo as well. The single blossom variety is a very boring plant in itself. The double blossom is all together different and eye-catching. The reason why it was purchased for the specific plant characteristic, costing $108.00. You should get what you paid for. Requesting a partial credit refund since it is still a Mockorange plant, but the incorrect variety. I have not heard back from the company as of yet. The email was sent on May 6th, 2026. I know it's a very busy time of the year for the company to respond in a timely manner.

Packing was good, shipping was fast, and the plant looks great!!

Did not acknowledge purchase receipt from PayPal so was unable to cancel order. Only received acknowledgement after complaint on PayPal and then only when plant was already shipped.
Plant clearly had been transferred to Proven Winners container and was in poor shape.

First the packaging was amazing. Not 1 leaf or bit of mulch was out of place. The plants were in beautful condition. Now just need to plant and enjoy.

I ordered two Gembox Hollies in 3 gallon containers When they arrived I was highly disappointed in the size of the plants They just give you more dirt in what should have been 1 gallon containers 200 dollars for such small plants is a rip off
