I had an excellent experience with the support provided by Timotei. He spent almost an entire week investigating and fixing the issue with my website and LiteSpeed Cache. He carefully checked the settings and reviewed the website code, and he did not give up until everything was working properly again.

Firstly, we paid for the premium installation of litespeed cache on our site. There were some bugs which the team sorted very quickly. We now have a cached fully working site. Prior to Litespeed getting involved, we had lots of issues with display and menu functionality. This is all solved.

Most importantly a big shout out to Ashok... He has been incredible. Very knowledgeable and he solved every issue. Litespeed are lucky to have him on their team.

I had an issue with a server and they were able to diagnose the problem right away. Top notch support, not to mention the best and fastest web server software available anywhere.

Been doing this along time and do not leave reviews but LiteSpeed is a very good company. The person helping me, and continues, went out of his way to make sure things were right on multiple occassions and and extremley nice guy. In this industry, you have to take integrity all day along and they are an ethical and very honest company, who will in what is a rarity, go out of you way to figure out your problem, even if not there plugin. A rarity in this industry, and thus, I highly recomment them. Very good people. Not corporate thugs.

Litespeed is the best Webserver for wordpress and support is amazing, they answer really fast and they are really helpful.!

Great plugin, great service, and great customer support. Previously, my website got a really bad score on the Pagespeed Insight performance test. I've been trying desperately to improve the performance, and finally, I found out about the LiteSpeed Cache WordPress plugin. It has all the features needed to improve my website performance, such as page cache, redis object cache, css/js minification, etc. The best part is it's free! It boosts my performance score from 65 to well above 90. I also have great experience with their customer support when I had an issue after migrating my hosting server. The support team is really helpful in pointing out the problem, and they also actively respond to the forum thread.

I switched from the Apache server, and I don't like looking back. It is speedy, and the administrative panel is handy. Their support is also prompt, I've got the case solved in no longer than a couple of hours.
